Research On The Curriculum Construction Of Higher Vocational Education Under The Background Of Modern Apprenticeship

This paper takes the pilot majors of the four higher vocational colleges participating in the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilots in Hubei Province as the research objects,and conducts research from three aspects: analysis of current situation,analysis of problems and discussion of countermeasures.Using the survey research method,questionnaires and interviews were conducted for both the student and the responsible person to investigate the current situation of the modern apprenticeship pilot course construction.The survey results show that the innovation and tradition coexisting in curriculum structure,the content of the corporate elements is integrated into the curriculum,the school-enterprise class has a flat trend,the faculty team is included in a large number of corporate mentors,school-enterprise draw up curriculum standards together,exploring new teaching methods and means.Due to the imperfect institutional mechanism in the modern apprenticeship pilot program,there are also many problems.The main performance is that the proportion of the curriculum structure is not scientific,the content of the curriculum needs to be improved,the conditions of the teachers need to be improved,the teaching methods and means do not highlight the main body status of the students,the participation of the main body of the curriculum construction and the standardization of the implementation of the enterprise curriculum need to be improved.At the same time,it also uses the comparative research method to sort out relevant experiences in the construction of modern apprenticeship courses in Australia,Germany and the United Kingdom.The summary of the enlightenment is “establishing a legal guarantee system for apprenticeship curriculum construction”.Participate in the curriculum construction process" "Course construction takes into account the needs of enterprises and the personal development of apprentices." In view of the problems found in the construction of the modern apprenticeship pilot course in Hubei Province,combined with foreign experience,some suggestions for improving the curriculum construction and improving the quality of personnel training were put forward.In view of the dilemma of curriculum construction in the modern apprenticeship pilot process,this paper believes that in the construction of pilot major's courses,it is necessary to improve the construction of laws and regulations,strengthen capital investment,establish a long-term mechanism for investment in curriculum construction,play the role of industry associations,and formulate industry standards.Establish and improve curriculum development institutions;improve the third-party curriculum evaluation model,strengthen the selection and training of enterprise masters,help enterprises improve their education and teaching ability,pay attention to corporate curriculum quality management;pay attention to students' sustainable development,strengthen students' psychological counseling and career guidance,and establish The people-oriented curriculum conception.
