this article,taking Anji as the background,using document method,observational method,case analysis,aims at exploring practice exploration of preschool teachers'professional development under the curriculum system of Anji game and the preschool teachers' own professional effects.It is found that the practical exploration of promoting kindergarten teachers' professional development in Anji game curriculum system mainly includes core concepts and approaches.Among them,in terms of core concept,it is mainly summarized as respect children and liberate teachers and education.in terms of practice,it is mainly manifested in the following aspects.Firstly,build the research community,and improve the mechanism of teaching and research;Secondly,collect cases and materials,paying attention to later share;Thirdly,establish research core,focusing on the game process observation and guidance;Fourthly,strengthen the scene view and process observation,and improve assessment of the business.In effect,it is mainly reflected in preschool teachers' professional happiness,the education idea(education concept?views on children and curriculum),the change of professional ability.And based on the practice exploration and change of teacher professional development in Anji game curriculum system,we should reflect on it and draw lessons from it.
