Object: Plateau training is an effective means to improve the aerobic endurance of the athletes.It is the training method that puts the athletes in the area suitable for the altitude,bears the dual stimulation of altitude hypoxia and movement anoxia,and causes the human body to respond to stress and gain the ability to exercise and improve the body function.Curling is a skill dominated project.It is a sport that integrates strength,technology and tactics.Its remarkable feature is "precision".The ice and snow fitness sites and training sites are mostly distributed in the plateau area.The sports events and sports methods at different altitude in the plateau will bring different effects on the physical ability and the fitness effect of the human body.There has not been any scholar study on curling athletes' altitude training.Therefore,the study of altitude training has positive significance for curling athletes' physiological function,athletic ability and health.In this paper,8 national team ice athletes(4 of men and women)were trained on the altitude of 2366 m.The training targets and physiological indexes were monitored through training load,blood cells and so on.The training characteristics of the plateau training and the changes of physiological function were summarized.In order to improve the competitive level of curling in China and provide reference for the national fitness level.Method: The relevant literature was consulted through the literature review method,and athletes' physiological function indicators such as blood cells,creatine kinase,blood urea,serum testosterone,cortisol,oxygen saturation,and heart rate were monitored by the experimental method and follow-up test method.The way,training frequency and training time are observed.SPSS was used to statistically describe the data collected and hypothesis testing was performed using one-way ANOVA.Result: The first week of the curling athletes' altitude training was mainly adaptive training.Accuracy exercises and tactical exercises accounted for a larger proportion.The training volume and training intensity were lower.The second week was the preparation for the third week of intense training in the transitional period.With special exercises,aerobic exercises and accuracy exercises as main exercises,exercise load has increased;the third week is the critical period of curling exercise altitude training.Athletes' exercise intensity and exercise intensity reach the highest level,with special exercises and comprehensive exercises.And tactical exercises are the main;the fourth week in order to enable athletes to have good performance and competitive state before the game reduces the amount of exercise and exercise intensity.There was significant difference in MCV and MCHC in blood cells between men's and women's curling athletes after altitude training(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in other indicators(RBC,HCT,PLT,BWC,MCH,and HGB)(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between women's curlers BUN,CK and men's curlers BUN before and 11 days after training(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in other biochemical indicators T and C(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of curl athletes' athletes after this altitude training(P>0.05).Conclusion: The training time and training time of preparation in this plateau are reasonably divided,and the training intensity arrangement is more suitable,which is in line with the training rules of adaptation period,transformation period,strengthening period and adjustment period.In the plateau training of the curling athletes,it mainly adopts the method of combining physical training and technical training.The training content is different in different training periods,showing the characteristics of excessive training to the ball type with small load stretching and combining with technology.The training activity part mainly adopts the method of combination of single technology to comprehensive technical training,different training period,different training content,and show single technical training and tactical training,and turn to the characteristics of actual combat.Altitude training has little effect on the blood cells and components of curling athletes.MCV and MCHC increased after training,which was at normal level and had a certain effect on physiological function.The changes of CK and BUN in some time periods indicate that the training intensity is more suitable and accords with the change of training rules.In short,the curling athletes' plateau training made good use of the plateau effect and avoided the occurrence of excessive stress reaction.
