An Empirical Study On Cooperation Between Youth Sports Clubs And School

From the national perspective,the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development of the State Sports General Administration,the General Office of the State Council “Opinions on Strengthening the Comprehensive Development of School Physical Education to Promote the Physical and Mental Health of the Students”,Ministry of Education,“The State General Administration of Sports on Further Strengthening Physical Education in Schools,The series of government work reports,including the Opinions on Effectively Improving the Health of Students,stress the importance of school sports and youth sports development.However,the physical health of adolescents and the development of school sports are not only the responsibility of the school,but also the responsibility of the physical education teacher.This responsibility “burden” should be shared by all sectors of society.School-based sports are the mainstay of social support for schools.The development of sports.The cooperation between youth sports clubs and schools can better solve this problem.It does not increase the pressure on schools.It also uses the quality resources of youth sports clubs to supplement the vacancies in school sports.The school also provides related facilities for youth sports clubs.It serves young people's sports development better for social services.It is not only beneficial to the development of school sports,but also conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of young sports clubs.Based on the cooperation between youth sports clubs and schools,this article uses literature research methods,interviews,field research methods,mathematical statistics,questionnaires,and case studies to investigate the cooperation between Guangzhou youth sports clubs and schools.We will analyze the cases of the Lingyun Youth Sports Club and the Laiwu Nuclear Technology II,which are currently in cooperation,and summarize the conditions and methods of cooperation between the youth sports club and the school,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the cooperation between the two sides.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The main approach for cooperation between youth sports clubs and schools is that schools use the combination of intentional introduction and open bidding to select youngsports clubs for cooperation.(2)The main way for young sports clubs to cooperate with schools is to sign agreements through contracts.The main contents of the cooperation include school sports training teams,school sports venues,and school extracurricular trust classes.(3)The cooperation between youth sports clubs and schools has shown a win-win situation,satisfies each other's needs,and the reputation of both parties has not only increased.It has been praised by surrounding residents and parents,and has provided convenience to the society while reducing the burden on schools and parents.(4)The juvenile sports club cooperated with the school to serve more young people,contributed to the development of juvenile sports,provided young people with more extensive sports platforms,and expanded the participation of young people in sports.This article proposes the following suggestions:(1)Before signing the cooperation agreement between the school and the youth sports club,the school shall conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the qualifications of the youth sports club,and determine the signing of the contract after careful discussion with the club in light of its actual situation.(2)After the school signs a cooperation agreement with the youth sports club,the relevant person in charge of the school will “dispose” completely to the staff of the club.It is impossible to find and correct the problems existing in the cooperation in a timely manner.The school should arrange the relevant personnel to be irregular.Conduct supervision and evaluation,and timely communicate with relevant person in charge of the club.(3)Schools should determine their reasonable needs and expected effects according to their own status quo,and formulate related cooperation contents on the premise of funding and not violating relevant policies.(4)Juvenile sports clubs should also act in accordance with their abilities and cooperate according to their own resources to ensure that they can meet the implementation of school cooperation.Through the study of cases and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the cases,this study designed the "idealized" operation process of cooperation between youth sports clubs and schools based on the principles of seeking for profit and avoiding harm,andprovided a theoretical basis for the cooperation between youth sports clubs and schools.And practical experience.
