With the development of the medicine as well as the transformation of the medical modes,the service patterns for human of the medicine and health industry have been ceaselessly changed.In order to adapt these variations,newer and higher requirements have been proposed for the Secondary Medical Professional schools which pay more attentions to training the technician to satisfy the requirements of developments of the industries.In these technicians,the oral communicative competence as an important aspect not only reflects one's quality but also can supply the useful help for one to find a goodjob.However,it is easy to find that lots of imperfection exist in the oral communicative teaching,especially special pertinence.In order for overcoming the disadvantages,the present teaching objectives have to be leaded to a new way where the focus of the teaching is increasing the abilities including the enhancement of the oral communicative competence and so on.As a teacher working in the front-line of educational circles,I pays more attention to the focus and knows the corresponding research status.On this basis,combining my teaching experiences on the medicament speciality with the research means including documentary method and questiomaire approach,the effective method of increasing the oral communicative competence is exploited.In the beginning,the connotation of the oral communicative teaching of the Secondary Medical Professional schools including oral communicative,oral communicative teaching and so on is discussed.Taking the pharmacy as an example,the significance of the oral communicative teaching is firstly discussed.The oral communicative teaching can satisfy the requirements of the professional posts and corresponding industries.The oral communicative teaching can satisfy the requirements of students who are expecting to find good jobs.The oral communicative teaching can enhance the comprehensive abilities of students.On this base,the characteristics of the oral communicative teaching of the Secondary Medical Professional schools are further analyzed,which include formalistic language,asymmetric interactive mode and incompatible aims.Then,by means of questionnaire survey and deep interview,the parasitic problems of the oral communicative teaching of the Secondary Medical Professional schools are summarized and listed,such as missing teaching ideas and aims directly result in disorder teaching process,simple and vulgar teaching contents can not adapt the requirements of the pharmacy,and formalistic teaching mode can not emit the interests of students.After the data are analyzed,the reasons can be ascribed to unreasonable curriculum provision,missing necessary teaching train,feeblish learning motivation,chaotic textbooks and inadequate teaching time and places.Lastly,combining the theoretical basis with the actual implements of the oral communicative teaching of the Secondary Medical Professional schools,several proposals are presented,which are normalized colloquial language,popularized clinics linguistics,rigorous drug instruction,specific service language,humanizing service language and effective colloquial language for dispute resolution.
