The core accomplishment of Chinese students ’ development,the overall framework of six qualities is put forward from three aspects,which indicates the direction for the correct development of the students ’ education and teaching work,especially for the training of the "People with all-round developing",and therefore,during the nine-year compulsory education in the middle school,The continuous cultivation of junior middle school Students ’ cultural Foundation in mathematics is the need of developing the core accomplishment of junior middle school students,especially the improvement of maths problem-solving ability of junior middle school students,which is the need of consolidating the foundation of mathematics culture,and also the need of providing cultural study guarantee for other subjects.To implement the education implementation of "the core accomplishment of Chinese students ’ development",in the view of core accomplishment,to optimize mathematics teaching activities continuously and to improve the ability of students to solve maths problem is not only the need of students ’ all-round development,but also the important way to develop mathematics lifelong learning for junior middle school students.For junior Middle School mathematics teaching,the students ’ ability of solving problems is not only the condition and need of students ’ mathematics accomplishment cultivation,but also the decisive factor of improving the quality of mathematics teaching,students have certain ability of solving problem,and can actively think about all kinds of mathematical problems,and find the way to solve them.So that their mathematical logical thinking has been constantly improved and improved.In mathematics teaching in junior high school,teachers to train students ’core quality as the starting point and the foothold,using a variety of effective teaching methods,so that students learn and master the way to solve mathematical problems,can make the students from the beginning of the problem solving the logarithmic knowledge and culture system learning and analysis,and further systematic and quantitative research,Inspire the students ’ way of thinking,the realization of the trinity of moving the brain and the tongue,thus flexibly using the learning knowledge and content to solve the problem of mathematics learning,so that students can directly improve their ability to solve problems,thus enhancing the effectiveness and standardization of classroom teaching,and this paper is also in the core of literacy perspective,the goal and teaching practice of mathematics teaching in junior high School are comprehensively tested and analyzed,which can help the junior middleSchool mathematics teachers to develop students ’ ability to solve problems and realize their core accomplishment.
