The report of the Nineteenth Congress proposed strengthening the party's overall leadership and strengthening the professionalization of the cadres.Counselors are an important force for strengthening the party's overall leadership in colleges and universities.They have an irreplaceable position in the ideological and political education of college students,and their professionalization has developed to Important,but the core issue of professionalization is professional confidence.This article focuses on the study of college counselors' professional self-confidence in the new era.This is an unavoidable and realistic subject for the ideological and political education under the trend of specialized professional development of counselors.In order to comprehensively study,implement,and implement the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the conference for ideological and political work in colleges and universities throughout the country,with the guidance of social ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping,the concept of professional self-confidence of college counselors was analyzed,and current college counselors were analyzed.The status quo of professional self-confidence development,and then seek to enhance the development of college counselors professional confidence in the development of the road,in order to promote the implementation of counselors practice education,promote the further development of ideological and political education in our country.This article is divided into five parts:The first part analyzes the scientific connotation of college counselors' occupational self-confidence,and analyzes the scientific connotation of college counselors' career and college counselors' professional self-confidence.The second part expounds the significance of enhancing the professional self-confidence of college counselors in the new era,and elaborates on the three aspects of training the newcomers,improving the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and promoting the professionalization of college counselors.Significance.The third part analyzes the status quo,problems and causes of college counselors'professional confidence.By distributing survey questionnaires to college counselors and using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,the current status of counselors' professional self-confidence is analyzed,and a preliminary understanding of current college counselors' professional emotions,career aspirations,and occupational awareness is at a mid-range bias.At the upper level,there is still some room for growth.Professional self-confidence has problems in that professional aspirations are not firm enough,professional emotions are not strong enough,career cognition is not clear enough,and professional mentality is not peaceful enough,and the causes of problems are analyzed.The fourth part analyzes the basic idea of enhancing the professional self-confidence of college counselors in the new era.It starts from three aspects:basic principles,basic goals,and basic contents.The fifth section analyzes the main path to enhance the professional confidence of counselors in the new era.Based on the results obtained from the questionnaire,the policy support,goal incentives,skills upgrading,practical training,and cultural influence are analyzed.The college counselors are trained to cultivate professional self-confidence.
