Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Average Students' Education Management In Primary School

With the rapid development of China's economy and science and technology,the government and the society have higher and higher requirements for education.Since the founding of new China,China has experienced eight major courses reform.Now,the new curriculum standard puts forward that education should suit all students and meet the needs of students' personality development.But many teachers pay focus on the top student and poor student more,during the process of their teaching and management.And a great number of average students have been neglected for a long time.This phenomenon is getting more and more obvious in the primary school.In order to reflect fairness and impartiality of our country education and make all the students have comprehensive and balanced development,we must be good at discovering problems in education management,especially the problems for average students' management in primary school.This paper is mainly to find out the problems and causes in average students'education of our primary school in our country and find the solution,through analyzing the characteristics of the average students and combining with research and analysis of the actual survey data on average students'present educational situation in Wuhan C primary school.I hope it's useful for our improvement of education quality and the long-term development of the education in our country.As long as our country realizes the comprehensive improvement of all students' education quality,our country will realize quality-oriented education and the improvement of national quality.This paper is divided into five parts:Firstly,the introduction part states the topic background,the research significance,the literature review,the research method and the thought.Secondly,this part defines the concept of average students in China and it classifies average students.At same times,it analyzes the characteristics of the average students.Thirdly,this part tells us the problems in the education management in primary school are found,through investigating and analyzing the current situation of education management in primary school in China.This part states the problems in the education management in primary school in detail and sort and analyze these problem,through taking Wuhan C primary school as an example.Fourthly,this part states the cause of problem in average students' education management in primary school from the education system,schools,teachers and average students,through the analysis of investigation data and results.It makes effort to get the key of the problem,which can make the problem be solved.Finally,this part talks about the effective countermeasures to solve the key problem of average students' education management in primary school in China.As long as combining with the reasons of forming,we can put forward suitable countermeasures to solve the problems in average students' education management in primary school in our country.
