In the current context of comprehensively promoting quality-oriented education and with the development of new curriculum reform, class self-management, as one of the important contents of the reform of secondary school education and teaching, has attracted increasing attention in the educational research circle.Class self-management has received close attention and has been put into practice by many schools. However, there are still many problems in the construction and implementation of the class self-management strategy in the concrete practice process. The outstanding problems are as follows: students do not have a strong sense of self-management; their participation is not active; the subject status is not conspicuous; teachers can’t effectively let go of decentralization; parents are lacking in understanding and support and school authorities fail to design a scientific and reasonable management structure. In view of the above problems, we take the class management status of Jiangdu High School Jiangsu Province as our research case. By means of conducting questionnaires and interviews and systematically analyzing the problems and the reasons, we propose a three-dimensional management system with multi elements’ participation, including the students’ families, the school authorities and the students themselves, so as to effectively advance class self-management, deepen the reform of class management strategy, promote students’ all-round development and truly realize the quality-oriented education. |
