Investigation And Management Countermeasures On Psychological Health Education Of High School

With the development of the society, living environment is becoming more and more complicated. As a result, more and more high school students are suffering from psychological problems. Thus, high schools should pay more attention to the high school students’ psychological health education work. However, comparing with other developed countries, there still exist many problems of high school mental education work in our country. For example, the education effects are not very significant and the level of education is low. To investigate current situation of mental health education work of Huashan high school in the Second Division of Xingjiang Production and Construction Corps, the study is conducted with questionnaire survey, interviewing and other researching methods. On the basis of the investigation, the researcher finds out some existing problems and puts forward a series of countermeasures to improve the management of high school mental health education, thus trying to find out a suitable path for the development of mental health education of the Second Division of Xingjiang Production and Construction Corps.The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of the research; the purposes and content of this paper; basic thoughts and methods of the thesis; literature review. In the part of literature review, the paper introduces the current situation of middle schools’ mental health education work at home and abroad. The second part mainly analyses the current situation of high school mental education work of Huashan high school in the Second Division of Xingjiang Production and Construction Corps. To begin with, the author introduces the basic information of the school in this case. Then on the basis of the survey and interviewing, the author analyses the current situation of high school students’ psychological health education work in Huashan High School from six factors. They are the cognition of high school psychological health education work in school, the construction of mental health institution, the faculty of mental health education, the working status of mental health education work that has been carried out, the working conditions and urgent problems raised by teachers. In the third part, the author analyses the current problems existing in high school psychological health education work. For example, some leaders cannot recognize the importance ant necessity of carrying out mental health education work in high school, the work which has been carried out is not satisfying, and the quality of the mental health workers has to be improved, the coverage and propaganda of high school mental health education are not enough, and the work lacks of cooperation. In the last part, the author puts forward some management countermeasures from following aspects, for example, to improve the cognition, to perfect the management system of mental health education work, to strengthen the guiding policies, to enhance the quality of mental heath teachers, to strengthen the propaganda of mental health education work and to integrate the school, family and university resources. Thus high school mental health work can work in full scale.
