In this study,on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research data,from the micro perspective on the current situation of the Pudong new area of Shanghai L primary school class autonomous management study,understand and grasp the truth of the current primary school class autonomous management,as well as the primary school teacher in charge teacher in class management process on the management of students' cognition and actual practice,for student class autonomous management problems of the causes are analyzed,based on the current primary school class autonomous management of the problems,the author analyzes the status quo,draw lessons from experience,from the class management level pupils of class autonomous management strategies are put forward.This research mainly adopts questionnaire investigation and interview method to senior student in the school's management present situation investigation,from finding problems,solve the problem,the logic of this thinking of Pudong new area of L elementary school senior primary school pupils in the class autonomous management status,found that students are independent management consciousness weak,autonomous management willpower is not strong,the harmonious relationship between teachers and students management,and the head teacher arranged classroom management problems,investigate its reason is roughly from schools,teachers,family and individual four aspects,the school show for the traditional education idea,the traditional management mode and the lack of new education idea;In terms of teachers,it mainly shows that they do not pay attention to the training of student class cadres,teachers lack of experience in class management and lack of correct guidance for students' independent management.In terms of family,there is a lack of guidance for children's independent habits,a lack of attention to children's mental health and social problems,and neglect of the cultivation of children's independent management.The students themselves lack the consciousness of self-management,the consciousness of self-evaluation and self-reflection,and the misunderstanding of family role.According to the above reasons,combined with professional knowledge and related education idea,the study from the deepening classmanagement consciousness,stimulate students' motivation management,strengthening the cadres training and class specification and reinforce the guide students to independent management and so on four aspects proposed,the specific implementation measures for schools,parents,teachers and students themselves need to improve and strengthen the ability training.While enriching relevant research theories,this study has certain promoting significance and practicality for the strengthening of students' independent management in L primary school in Pudong new area.
