Junior high school students in the fluctuating period are very vulnerable to the influence of the school and other external environment,especially the students'perception of the school atmosphere has a profound impact on their overall development and academic achievement.The level of students' learning investment reflects the quality of the students' learning process and the degree of their learning effect.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,we should pay attention to the state of students' study investment and improve the level of learning investment,which not only helps to reduce the burden and increase the efficiency,but also cultivates the students'positive psychological quality.To create a good school atmosphere and enhance students'perception of school atmosphere can improve the level of students' learning investment.However,there are few researches on the relationship between the school atmosphere and learning input of junior high school students at home and abroad.Therefore,this study explores the relationship between students' perceived school atmosphere and learning input,and puts forward a plan to interfere with the teacher-student relationship dimension of school atmosphere according to the results,so as to enhance students' perception of good teacher-student relationship,and combines with the interview method to know the effectiveness of the intervention program for education and teaching recommendations.This research is divided into two parts.The first part is to investigate the students'perceived school atmosphere scale and learning input scale and the relationship between the students' perceived school atmosphere and learning investment.The second study is to carry out the intervention program and test the intervention plan with two classes in the second grade of my school as the subjects.The results are as follows:First,on the whole,students' perception of school atmosphere is at the upper middle level,and the scores of teacher-student relationship dimension are lower than other dimensions.There are gender and grade differences in students' perceived school atmosphere,and male and female students reach a significant level in the dimensions of teacher-student relationship,order and discipline;In the dimension of teacher-student relationship,girls are higher than boys,and in dimension of order and discipline,boys are higher than girls.In dimension of teacher-student relationship,there is a significant difference in the three grades,and the score of the students in grade 3 are higher thanthat of the grade 2 and grade 1 in Junior high school.In the dimension of learning stress,the students in grade differ significantly the students in grade 2 and grade 1,and the score of students in grade 3 are obviously higher than that of grade 1 and grade 2 in Junior high school.Other dimensions showed no statistical differences.Second,the junior middle school students' learning input is in the middle and upper level,and the difference between the different gender and grade students' learning input level is significant;The scores of girls were higher than those of boys,and the scores of girls were higher than those of boys.In terms of grade differences,learning state and learning motivation,there are significant differences among the three grades.In the dimension of learning state,students in grade 3 significantly differs students in grade two and grade one,and the score of the students in grade 3 was higher than that of the grade 1 and grade 2 in junior high school.In the dimension of learning motivation 1,there is a significant difference among grade 3,grade 2 and grade I,and the score of student in grade 3 and grade 1 are obviously higher than that of Grade 2.Other dimensions showed no statistical differences.Thirdly,there are significant correlations between the perceived school atmosphere and the learning involvement scale of junior high school students.The learning stress dimension of perceived school atmosphere has significant negative correlation with each dimension of learning input,and has positive correlation with other dimensions.Fourthly,students' perceived school atmosphere can to some extent positively predict learning input,order and discipline and teacher-student relationship into the regression equation,and can be positive predictive learning input.
