As an important psychological quality of individuals,collective responsibility is also the benchmark of interpersonal communication and social survival.As the future of national development and the hope of the nation,the development and cultivation of young people's collective responsibility is widely concerned in theory and practice.Of course,the influencing factors of individual collective responsibility come from themselves,schools,families and society.Among them,class life is an important place for teenagers to live and study,and the influence of morality permeates the collective life.However,what is the relationship between individual perception of class moral atmosphere and collective responsibility? At present,there is a lack of corresponding empirical research results,which is also the starting point of this study.This study uses Kohlberg's theory of "just group law" for reference,that is,to create a hidden moral atmosphere and promote students' psychological development.Through the revision and test of "junior high school students' moral atmosphere Perception Questionnaire" and "junior high school students' Collective Responsibility Questionnaire",and selecting a public junior high school in the city,county and rural areas,a total of 1211 valid questionnaires were collected.The survey found that:(1)the basic structure of junior high school students' collective responsibility includes three basic aspects: collective responsibility cognition,collective responsibility emotion and collective responsibility behavior tendency The dimensions are embodied in the cognition of external normative collective responsibility,the cognition of moral obligatory collective responsibility,the emotion of external normative collective responsibility,the emotion of moral obligatory collective responsibility,the behavior of external normative collective responsibility and the behavior of moral obligatory collective responsibility.(2)Junior high school students have stronger perception of respect atmosphere,understanding atmosphere and help atmosphere.(3)Junior high school students have a higher level of collective responsibility cognition,which is better than collective responsibility emotion and behavior;junior high school students' moral obligation of collective responsibility cognition and behavior are better than the external norms of collective responsibility cognition and behavior.(4)There are significant differences in junior high school students' perception of class moral atmosphere under the variables of grade stage,family location,family structure,parenting style,family atmosphere and whether they are student leaders or not.(5)There are significant differences in the development of junior high school students' sense of collective responsibility under the variables of grade stage,family location,family structure,parental rearing style,family atmosphere and whether they are student leaders or not.(6)There is a significant positive correlation between junior high school students' perception of class moral atmosphere and their sense of collective responsibility.Students' perception of class helping atmosphere,understanding atmosphere and integrity atmosphere positively predict the development of their sense of collective responsibility.Based on the results and findings of the study,this study believes that we should build a real class community,highlight the spirit of "justice" and "care" in class life and interpersonal interaction,and use collective life to cultivate students' sense of responsibility.At the same time,taking into account the individual differences of students,play the leading role of education.In view of the shortcomings of the research,we hope that in the future research,we can use a variety of research methods,expand the research object and scope,and enrich the corresponding results.
