Analysis And Development Strategy Of The Public Taekwondo Coaches In The Pearl River Delta

In 1992,China's Taekwondo preparatory group was set up.China has since then begun to carry out tae kwon do in a systematic and planned way.In 2000,the Taekwondo Association of Guangdong was established,and the Taekwondo movement in the Pearl River Delta region was developed and popularized by "Dao Guan style".In 2006,the Chinese Taekwondo Association held a national taekwondo coach training class in Guangzhou,Guangdong province in order to carry out the "Taoism" Taekwondo movement,and the name of "the popular taekwondo coach" was born.The Pearl River Delta,in short,the Pearl River Delta,an important engine of the national economic development,the portal of the south opening to the outside world,leading to the development of Southern China,central China and the southwest,is the largest urban agglomeration in our country with the largest population concentration and the strongest comprehensive strength.With the development of Taekwondo in the Pearl River Delta,the number of Taekwondo museums has increased rapidly and the number of Taekwondo coaches has increased greatly.In recent years,the overall enrollment of Taekwondo in the Pearl River Delta is not optimistic and the teaching accidents have occurred repeatedly.Thus,the teaching ability of the taekwonboxing coach is not followed.As a result,coaches' teaching ability and professionalism influence the development of Taekwondo.As a key person to develop the cause of Taekwondo,taekwondo coaches play an important role in the process of Taekwondo promotion,and the training of the popular Taekwondo coaches should be gradually paid more attention to,at the same time,we should pay attention to the teaching ability of the Volkswagen Taekwondo coaches,therefore,three The research on the status quo of Takwondo coaches in Jiaozhou is of great significance.In order to develop the popular Taekwondo coaches in the Pearl River Delta,the research adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the basic status of the coaches of the popular Taekwondo in the Pearl River Delta,the professional accomplishment,the status of professional qualifications,the status of training work and the status of the training.It can solve the problems existing in the Volkswagen Taekwondo coaches,make the Volkswagen taekwondo coach team develop healthily,strengthen the construction of the Volkswagen Taekwondo Team in the Pearl River Delta,improve the professional literacy level of the Taekwondo coaches in the Pearl River Delta,and provide theoretical support for the development of the mass Taekwondo in the Pearl River Delta.The construction of mass Taekwondo coaches in provinces and regions provides theoretical basis and practical reference.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)the basic status of the coaches of the popular Taekwondo in the Pearl River Delta: the male coaches are more than the female coaches;the popular Taekwondo coaches from 23 to 26 are the most;the college educated Taekwondo coaches are the most,and the postgraduates are the least;the Volkswagen Taekwondo coaches should come from the short-term training classes and get the coaches.After qualification,they are directly engaged in teaching work;the most experienced coaches are from 1 to 3 years,while those who have worked for more than 10 years are the least.(2)the coaches of Taekwondo in the Pearl River Delta have the status of professional accomplishment: Taekwondo does not pay enough attention to the professional moral cultivation of the coaches,and the coaches have different views on the understanding of professional moral cultivation;the coaches have already possessed Taekwondo professional theory,psychological education knowledge,sports basic theory,and English Korean The knowledge of computer technology and philosophy is relatively lack;the coaches have the ability of training,management and innovation,but lack of scientific research and communication ability.(3)the status quo of the professional qualifications of the coaches of Taekwondo in the Pearl River Delta: the number of "a technical title of the black belt" is too large;the number of Taekwondo coaches in the primary public is too large;the number of the examiners in the paragraph is small;the number of Taekwondo trainers is small;the number of national professional qualifications for the primary social sports instructors(taekwonboxing)is much more than the number of national professional qualifications.The number of social sports instructor is relatively low,and the number of vocational trainers in National Taekwondo is too few.(4)the present situation of the teaching of Taekwondo coaches in the Pearl River Delta: the number of part-time coaches leads to the instability of the coaches;most of the coaches can make training plans and carry out the plan according to the plan;in the course of teaching,the knowledge of psychology,education and sports training is insufficient.(5)the present situation of the training of Taekwondo coaches in the Pearl River Delta: the short time of the Taekwondo training class and the single training content;the high cost of the training class of the Volkswagen Taekwondo coaches affects the enthusiasm of the coaches to participate in the
