Baoji City is a livable city with a history of 2700 years.It belongs to Shaanxi Province.It is an important node city of Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration.As the sub central city of Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone,its economic activities promote it to become an important industrial city in Northwest China.With the deep development of social economy,people's daily life has changed from food,clothing and clothing to self-worth.The pursuit of quality of life makes more and more people's life more closely related to sports activities.The improvement of economic conditions promotes the upgrading of people's life concept,which stimulates the renewal of daily life style.With the successful holding of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the coming of the post Olympic era,the public participate in and accept the learning of this new sport in the form of training in Taekwondo Club.Through the research and analysis of Baoji City popular Taekwondo club development factors,find out the current Baoji City Taekwondo training industry in the development of the problems,take Baoji City three districts and nine counties of large,medium and small-scale clubs as the survey object,to Baoji City Public Taekwondo training industry with the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and other methods,the use of management commonly used To do strategic analysis of SWOT analysis,comprehensive advantages and disadvantages of the city's Taekwondo Club,the external opportunities and threats faced by comparative analysis,listing the SWOT matrix chart and put forward development countermeasures,in order to accurately reflect the city's current level of Taekwondo and development foundation,put forward practical and feasible suggestions can play a positive role in the development of City Taekwondo.According to the research results and analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:1)The internal environment of Baoji Taekwondo Club has the following advantages: the market is in the rising period;the number of coaches is increasing;the infrastructure is basically complete;the employees are young and have potential.2)The main disadvantages of Baoji public Taekwondo Club internal environment are: the teaching content is not rich;the propaganda method is single;the level of coaches is uneven;the establishment of institutions and departments is not complete.3)The external environment opportunities of Baoji public Taekwondo club mainly include: government policy support for sports industry;good national fitness atmosphere;national two child policy dividend highlights;the arrival of information convenience era.4)The external environment of popular Taekwondo club faces thefollowing challenges: rising project operating cost;homogeneous competition of Taekwondo Hall;impact of similar sports industry;low industry access threshold;few profit channels;unbalanced structure of students.According to the existing external environment and internal problems,the following suggestions are put forward1)For Baoji City Public Taekwondo club's advantage opportunity(so)strategic analysis suggestions are to optimize the course content,tap new potential customers and develop new services,and increase the added value of products.2)For Baoji City Public Taekwondo club's advantage challenge(st)strategic analysis,it is suggested that reasonable allocation of human resources,improve the operation ability of managers,improve the coaching level of coaches,establish a good promotion and reward mechanism,and stimulate the work enthusiasm of all kinds of personnel.3)Baoji City Public Taekwondo club's weakness opportunity(WO)strategic analysis suggests that the external image should be improved from the aspects of sales channels,promotion means,advertising strength and image publicity.4)The weakness challenge(WT)strategy of Baoji popular Taekwondo Club is to customize the product price according to different audience demand and market acceptance ability.On the whole,the competitiveness of the industry can be enhanced by connecting with the demand of consumption,improving the professional ability of employees,expanding sales and publicity channels,making rational use of policy support and improving the service level.1)For Baoji City Public Taekwondo club's advantage opportunity(so)strategic analysis suggestions are to pay attention to the quality of service,optimize the learning course content,tap new potential customers in the market and develop new service products,increase product diversification and enhance product added value.2)For Baoji City Public Taekwondo club's advantage challenge(st)strategic analysis,it is suggested that reasonable allocation of human resources,improve the operation ability of managers,improve the coaching level of coaches,establish a good promotion and reward mechanism,and stimulate the enthusiasm of all kinds of personnel.3)The weakness opportunity(WO)strategic analysis of Baoji popular Taekwondo Club is to enhance the external image,pay attention to the creation of brand and word-of-mouth,improve the sales channels,increase the promotion means,strengthen the advertising and publicity,and enhance the external publicity of image.4)The weakness challenge(WT strategy)analysis of Baoji popular Taekwondo Club suggests that a new curriculum system should be established according to different audience needs,and the product prices should becustomized according to the local market acceptance ability.It is suggested that we should continue to be market-oriented,formulate new preferential class packages,strengthen industry alliance,and enhance the ability to resist external competition.
