Volkswagen Taekwondo means the Taekwondo which is taught in Road Museumor Taekwondo club to ordinary people in the society. This text makes a site inspectionand research of the situation, problems, and marketing strategy of the market of publicTaekwondo in Su Zhou, applies the methods of documentation, expert interview, logicanalysis, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to analyze and study itscharacteristics. This text also uses related marketing theory to find the marketing mixprograms which fit the development of public Taekwondo in Suzhou and then toresearch its marketing strategy mode. Therefore, the research of marketing strategy ofpublic Taekwondo in Suzhou has great realistic significance on its development..This article uses the methods of literature data, expert interviews, logical analysis,survey, mathematical statistics and so on to investigate and research on the situation,problems and marketing strategy of public Taekwondo in Suzhou.According to the study, the general feature of public Taekwondo in Suzhou is: thestarting point is to guide and motivate potential lovers of public taekwondo, the core isto improve the overall quality and efficiency of the operator of Taekwondo and toenhance the core competitiveness, the goal is to establish an orderly system ofstandardized mass market of Taekwondo, relying on deepening the reform and thepromotion of taekwondo and spread personnel training strategy to walk the road ofinnovation and development which are large-scale, priority structure, quality andcost-effective. With operators of public taekwondo changing their philosophy:changefrom profit-based model to expanding brand, from marketing means relying mainly onprice war to this based on public relations.With the standardized and rigorous selectionof coaches,the standardization of promoting regulations, orderliness of blindcompetition,the industrialization and standardization of public Taekwondo in Suzhou isan inevitable trend of future development. This paper proposes three recommendations about marketing strategy:to set a modern management idea of operation marketing, toestablish a systematic public taekwondo education system and to perfect the marketingstrategy of public Taekwondo in Suzhou.
