With the improvement of people's living standards,people's demand for fitness is also increasing year by year.As an important role in guiding people's scientific fitness,fitness coaches have always been concerned by the community.Especially in the current era of vigorous implementation of "Healthy China," the issue of quantity and quality of fitness coaches is related to the smooth advancement and implementation of the national fitness nation strategy.The national vocational qualification of fitness coaches is the only legal proof of the practice of our country's fitness coaches,and it is also the key to advancing and improving the fitness coach training market in China.For this reason,this study on the status quo of training for national fitness qualification training bases for fitness instructors is expected to have certain guiding significance for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the national professional qualification training base for fitness instructors in China.This article focuses on the case study of the training status of the national vocational qualification of the fitness instructor in Guangzhou DongYijian Fitness Co.,Ltd.,and adopts literature research methods,case study methods,field investigation methods,interviews,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics methods.To study the basic situation of Guangzhou DongYijian Fitness Co.,Ltd.and the status quo of the national vocational qualification training of fitness instructors,explore the strengths and weaknesses of the fitness coaches in the national vocational qualification training,and put forward the corresponding The proposal will provide some reference value for promoting the development of fitness coaches' national vocational qualification training and other training bases in the future,as well as providing a useful reference for promoting the implementation of the National Fitness National Strategy and achieving a healthy blueprint for healthy China.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)In terms of organizational structure,Guangzhou Yijian Health Fitness Co.,Ltd.adopts a straight-line functional structure,and its organizational form is relatively refined;(2)In terms of training management system,Guangzhou DongYijian Fitness Co.,Ltd.adopted a supervisor management system that combines a promotion system with a salary system to provide a strong institutional guarantee for the optimization of instructor resources and teaching standards;(3)In terms of training support systems,the curriculum content,teaching staff,and training facilities and equipment of Guangzhou DongYijian Fitness Co.,Ltd.are a good example of the development trend of the current fitness industry and meet the needs of the fitness market;(4)In terms of training and operation systems,Guangzhou DongYijian Fitness Co.,Ltd.mainly uses a combination of class teaching system,theoretical and practical teaching methods,stage assessment and final assessment,as well as flexible and diverse recruitment promotion.The method Fully reflects its good training and operation system;(5)In terms of training effectiveness,taking 2017 as an example,the fitness pass rate of fitness coaches in Guangzhou DongYijian Fitness Co.,Ltd.is higher than the average level in Guangdong Province,the training fees are reasonable,and the training participants are highly satisfied with the staff;(6)In the process of the operation of Guangzhou DongYijian Fitness Co.,Ltd.,there is a problem that the functional management is not perfect,the trainee trainee female is relatively low,and the relevant government functional departments pay insufficient attention to the training system and management.Related suggestions:(1)Improve functional management and incentive mechanisms;(2)Intensify the promotion of national vocational qualifications for fitness instructors;(3)Strengthen the regional training of human resources and improve the cooperation mechanism of training points;(4)Optimize teaching methods and evaluation methods for training effectiveness;(5)Real-time tracking of the status quo of the training market and the steady increase in the passing rate of training appraisal.
