In the process of entering the twenty-first Century,the era of artificial intelligence has arrived.Human society is also accompanied by agricultural society,industrial society,information society and future intelligent society.Every social form corresponds to the iteration and renewal of every educational era.At the moment,it is the convergence point,coordinate point and positioning point of information society and intelligent society.The rapid change of the future society has made it difficult for us to predict.In the face of the uncertainty of the future society,what should we do next? The future has come,but it is not yet popular.Facing the future,we need to have a learning style for future education.Internet + education,Internet of things + education,big data + education,cloud computing + education,artificial intelligence + education,virtual reality + education,education + education,augmented reality + education,mixed reality + education,block chain + education,so many idea,mode and technology constantly refresh our knowledge on education.The next step of the future society may be a society of artificial intelligence.In the face of such an agnostic future,most of the learners remain in the stage of only searching for information,processing information and using information.The secret behind the hidden information behind the information is not known.The secret of a computer is programming,and the learning of programming knowledge is one of the ways to cultivate information literacy.This study chooses children as the research object to carry out the activity design of children programming course based on STEAM.From the perspective of constructivist learning theory,the learning process of children’s programming is studied,combined with the theory of multiple intelligent learning and the high agreement point of STEAM education,the study of child programming aims at developing children’s programming activities and helping children to improve their information literacy,innovation ability,and the habit of developing children’s digital thinking.From the perspective of diversification,multidisciplinary,interdisciplinary and cross domain,STEAM talents are finally trained.The innovative points of this study are as follows: Three:(1)Put forward the curriculum design paradigm based on STEAM education.(2)The characteristics of STEAM education supported by PBL and thematic curriculum are summarized and expounded.(3)Apply the curriculum design paradigm to CodeMonkey programming and practice.This study is helpful for other schools or institutions to carry out similar programs for children programming courses,and it is convenient for practitioners,STEAM education researchers and children programming practitioners to learn and apply them.
