With the development of the information age,the society has put forward higher requirements for the training of talents.The 13 th Five-Year Plan for Educational Informatization talks about actively exploring the application of information technology in new educational modes such as interdisciplinary learning(STEAM education),and focusing on improving students’ information literacy,innovation consciousness and ability.Information literacy,as one of the six core qualities that modern people should have in the 21 st century of China,and as one of the goals to be achieved in the 2.0 stage of educational informatization,plays an important role in talent training.How to improve students’ information literacy level has become a topic of constant concern to experts and scholars.This study attempts to integrate STEAM education concept(interdisciplinary and project-based teaching)into primary school information technology course teaching,in order to improve the current information technology course teaching method is dull and single,students are not interested in learning,the course content is not like,so as to comprehensively improve the information literacy of students.Through the literature method,this study sorted out the literature status of STEAM education concept,information technology course teaching and information literacy,and determined the main issues to be discussed in this study.Based on cognitive development theory,cognitive flexibility theory,project-based learning theory,multiple intelligences theory and the existing teaching model,the teaching design of primary school information technology curriculum with STEAM education concept is constructed.Three rounds of practice teaching were carried out for the two parallel classes selected by experimental research method.Through questionnaire survey,the information literacy level of students in experimental class and control class before and after the experiment and the effect of project-based teaching based on STEAM education concept of students in experimental class were understood.The SPSS20.0 tool was used to test the difference between the information literacy levels of students in the two classes before and after the experiment,and the correlation analysis was carried out between each link of project teaching of STEAM education concept and each dimension of information literacy to establish a multiple linear regression model.Through regression analysis,this paper discusses the influence of each link of project-based instructional design based on STEAM education concept on each dimension of students’ information literacy,proposes the advantages and disadvantages of the instructional design of primary school information technology course based on STEAM education concept,and provides reasonable suggestions for improving students’ information literacy.Based on the above process,this study finally draws the following conclusions:(1)The teaching design of STEAM education concept can more effectively improve students’ information literacy;(2)The project release and project execution of STEAM education concept can improve students’ information awareness;(3)The STEAM Educational Concept Project Reflection Section can improve students’ information knowledge;(4)STEAM educational concept project release,project execution and project presentation can improve students’ information ability;(5)The preparation of STEAM education concept project can improve students’ information ethics and security.
