In contemporary graduate system,the cultivation of master's degree in professional technology is a momentous part.The guarantee of training quality is of great significance for the subsequent development of vocational and technical education and the composite progress of national education.In 2016,pilots were recruited in some universities in China to train professional masters in vocational and technical education.The reasons why students chose the major,how they performed in training,their own knowledge of the profession,and whether the psychology had the basis for master's studies in professional and technical education,etc.Ensuring the quality of training is significant.This study is intended to explore the factors affecting the learning efficacy of Master of Professional Technology Education based on this specific problem.This article is based on the analysis of the literature,used in questionnaires and interviews to conduct research,the collection and analysis of case data as supplementary materials.The preparation of the questionnaire and the preparation of the interview outline are based on the existing research and are based on the professional characteristics and student characteristics of the professional master of vocational education in Yunnan University.The questionnaire mainly includes academic related(curriculum,scientific research,social practice),personal personality related(character traits,dating,effective communication,attribution methods),and mentors related situation(guidance,get along),etc.The questionnaire mainly uses the standard Differences and averages analysis,interview results and case data serve as solutions and supplements.The main influencing factors of the professional efficacy of professional and technical education masters in this study were found to be human relation,purposes of graduate study,attribution pattern;curriculum setting,scientific research capabilities,practical activities,academic atmosphere,and model role;teacher's direct and supervisor approval.The differences from the previous studies are:no remarkable differences in gender way;there is a direct relationship between whether the major is greater than that of a multi-professional,and whether there is guidance from a tutor during an internship.Inadequacies-Questionnaires and interviews need to be prepared by a single analysis method;object unit stenosis;pitching-in single angle;suggest measurable line low.
