Identity is an important psychological concept that represents the feelings held by an individual's heart.Professional identity is an internal psychological tendency of the student in matters related to the subject he is studying,from cognition to emotions to behavior,an externalization from the inside out.process.In this paper,an interview survey was prepared by compiling the "Specialized Questionnaire for Vocational and Technical Education Masters Professional Identity" and combining the learning situation of different students.Due to the influence of relevant factors,the students were mainly composed of 46 students in 2016 and 2017 at their own school.Conduct an investigation.Through the use of excel data processing on the survey results,the research results show that the degree of recognition of the current professional and technical education masters is at a medium level,the central value is 3.072778,among which the impact on students' professional identity is extremely significant is whether the students graduate to find a job Finding work with professional counterparts,followed by different application methods,students' own learning situations,and students of different grades have a significant impact on professional identity.Finally,gender differences have little effect on professional identity.The survey found that because of the different ways of applying for the students,the lack of professional emotions;the relevant mechanisms are not perfect,the professional requirements of employers are not professional masters of vocational and technical education,but a professional background corresponding to a course,resulting in students unable to find after graduation The work of counterparts;school-industry cooperation is not perfect and does not achieve the expected internship effect.In response to the problems encountered in the training of professional masters of vocational and technical education,the study considers that first,through the school's clear purpose of training,students' subjective awareness should be transformed,and professional emotions should be transformed;secondly,the state should increase professional propaganda and update professional reference catalogues.When our professional students are faced with looking for a job,the students "have the law to follow" and the recruiting unit"has to follow the law";the third is to coordinate the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and improve the actual effect of cooperation,and establish"school-enterprise-The students "three feet" mutual supervision and cooperation advance to achieve the expected real internship effect.
