With the rapid development of Chinese economy and vocational education, the high diathesis double-type teachers are needed instantly. The training of double-type teachers are severe problems in the development of vocational school of China, which are also bottle-necks blocking vocational education quality. Middle vocational education is an infant in the field of education, comparing with the ordinary high school and Secondary school, it has vocational characters. So the requirements to the teacher profession diathesis of the middle vocational education should be of their own characteristics. Strengthening the research of double-type teachers team, holding the problems in training, analyzing problems existing reason and advancing countermeasure and advice, which can not only increase the diathesis of professional teachers in the middle vocational schools, but also an important guarantee to realize the vocational development. Era calls the double-type teachers, vocational education needs it too.
