Classroom teaching evaluation is one of the important contents of the curriculum reform(revised curriculum standards)based on the key competencies.The reform started from the senior high school stage and the high school geography curriculum put forward the curriculum objective of “developing the core mission of cultivate studengts' virtue through the training of geographical key competencies and from the perspective of geography education”.Faced with the renewal of teaching concepts and the improvement of learning methods,the current classroom teaching evaluation index system cannot meet the needs of reform.Based on this,this study takes the perspective of teacher evaluation as the research perspective.The entire research process is divided into several steps:Firstly,besides the research methods of literature,questionnaires,interviews,and other methods,based on the evaluation of the current high school geography classroom teaching evaluation index system,combined with the teaching practice experience,through consultation with senior high school geography teacher opinions,analysis and evaluation scale and interview results,based on Curriculum standards and literacy goals,initial evaluation index system.Then through opinion consultation,modify and determine the evaluation index system based on the questionnaire data and interview results.Then adopt the dual comparison method and consult to determine the weights and rating levels to form three levels including teachers,students,interactions,teaching goals,teaching content,teaching methods,classroom teaching,classroom learning,achievement of attainment(regional awareness,synthesis)Thinking indicators,geographic practice,human-to-people coordination,teacher-student interaction,student interaction,11 secondary indicators,and 25 evaluation criteria.The evaluation results were divided into successful class(100-90 points),successful courses(89-75),perfect classes(74-60points),and improved classes(60 points below).Finally,an empirical analysis of the classroom evaluation index system for classroom instruction has been carried out.A video lesson method has been used to evaluate a lesson.Based on the evaluation results,the diagnostic,orientation,and feedback functions of the evaluation have been used.The evaluation index system constructed in this study has inherited and developed the relevant research results of the evaluation of geography classroom teaching for more than ten years,and adhered to the evaluation concept of "teaching evaluation" and "evaluation".The evaluation dimension is divided into teachers and students and the exchange and interaction between them.The object of evaluation is clear.The purpose of the evaluation is to comment on the promotion of teaching."To guide teachers,based on the key literacy teaching design and classroom teaching,to consciously cultivate the students' geographical core literacy,so as to better enable students to develop in an all-round way,to form the correct values,essential character and key ability.
