Research Objectives:Function screening(FMS)is a potential damage and predictable action quality evaluation system,by testing the basic mode of action of athletes,limitation of action,the action,asymmetry,confirm the diagnosis and evaluation.Functional action screening can be set up for the modern athletic sports training a sports training the bottom line,if lower scores of screening or pain,which appear on the show that requires evaluation model of movement of the bad state,should need to provide the functional activities of correct training,so as to reduce and eliminate the harm of sports injury.Function screening is a fundamental physical test methods for athletes,the purpose is to filter out the restrictive factors in the development of movement technology.According to the results of screening with specific functional training,to improve the quality of action,reduce the loss and damage of the movement of athletes,also provided a basis for special sports training;At the same time and try the function action of screening theory and the combination of wushu sanda project,will help coaches to better complete the training plan and tasks,to make all society and in training for coaches to use FMS tool,provide a reference for coaches and athletes after training work is of great significance.Research Objects and Methods:From June 2017 to November 2017,the Shanghai sports institute affiliated competitive colleges select 20 female excellent sanda athletes(level 2 and above)as experimental object,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,each group of 10 people.The two groups were subjected to eight weeks of exercise intervention in strict accordance with the experimental regimen,and the two groups were subjected to three times a week for30 minutes.During the experiment,they were strictly controlled and controlled after training.Before and after the experiment,the experiment was conducted before and after the experiment,and the score of the experiment was recorded,and the data of the two groups were compared.After the collected data was collected,the database was established with Excel,and statistical analysis was performed with SPSS20.0 statistical software.The paired T test was used in the group,and the independent sample T test was used for comparison between groups.The Delphi method is used to construct the prevention system of scattered injuries,and the non-parametric test is used to ensure the reliability of the experimental system.Research Results:1.Functional action screening score.According to the analysis of the functional action screening results of 20 outstanding athletes,it was found that the average FMS of all athletes was divided into 13.50 points.The total number of athletes who scored under 14 in this screening was 12,accounting for 60% of the total samples.Among them,the test results of the straight lunge and rotation stability were the lowest,1.75 and 1.45 respectively.It can be seen that the athlete's knee joint is vulnerable and the core part is weak,and the athlete is at risk of sports injury.2.Construction of the Delphi index system.Through to the national sanshou experts Delphi method of questionnaire investigation,and construct the index system of wushu sanda loss prevention,including: primary index 5,22,and secondary indicators 22 tertiary indicators.The coordination coefficient of the primary index is 0.510,and the P value is 0.000<0.05,the coordination coefficient of the secondary index is 0.335,and the P value is 0.000<0.05,the coordination coefficient of the three-level index is 0.267,and the P value is 0.000<0.05.It indicates that the experts in the expert group have a high consistency in the evaluation opinions of each indicator,and the experts have a high degree of coordination coefficient,and the evaluation results can be trusted.3.Comparison of scores before and after the experiment.Eight weeks after the intervention,experiments on two groups of sanda athletes before test indicators using independent sample T test,it can be seen in the two groups in the index does not exist significant difference(p > 0.05),two groups of comparable;P <0.05 was measured after the experiment,indicating significant difference in the experiment.Compared with the pre-experiment test,the experimental group showed significant differences in the test indicators,such as squats,hurdles,straight lunges,push-ups,and rotational stability(p<0.05).Research Conclusions:1.Through the Delphi questionnaire survey,the construction of the prevention system of scattered injuries was composed of five primary indicators,including: shoulder joint,hip joint,etc.Secondary indicators 22,including: plank support,TRX suspension,etc.Thirdly indicators 22,including the number,frequency and time control of the training actions.Female athletes scored lowest in the straight lunge and rotation stability test by using motion function screening: 1.75 and 1.45.It shows that the female athletes have serious knee joint damage,and the core strength is weak.3.Through experimental intervention,the experimental group showed significant differences in squats,hurdles,straight lunges,push-ups,and rotational stability(p<0.05).This suggests that functional training can improve the quality of the women's athletes' movements,and can also detect and prevent damage.4.Sports function screening can establish a new testing tool for wushu sanda,which can improve the athletes' ability to prevent injury.
