Today,tent camping as a new leisure sports tourism products,have to be close to nature,relax,breathe the fresh air and relieve stress,etc,are popular with more and more urbanite,therefore,more and more people begin to go out into the outdoor camping activities.At the same time,for the national level,a series of favorable policies related to tent camping have been introduced to encourage the development of camping tourism.However,tent camping,as a new thing,is still in the primary stage of development,and its development has many shortcomings,it is necessary to fully grasp the types of tent campers' needs and develop appropriate tent camping products to meet their needs while stimulating consumer demand of potential campers and actively promoting the development of tent camping.Based on the investigation of the camper's consumer demand in the tent camp in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper hopes to further explore the types of consumer demand,analyze the characteristics of tent campers,and provide suggestions for the development and marketing of camping products in the tent camp.In this paper expounds the research background,purpose and significance,the concept of camping tent,demand theory and the research status at home and abroad,Based on the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to studies the current situation of the consumption demand of campers.Through investigation and research,the requirements of campers in the tent camps were analyzed,they characteristics and demand types were obtained.Demand characteristics as follows: mainly concentrated in the tent campers ages 25 to 34,income is mainly concentrated in the 400 yuan to 6000 yuan,mainly with college or bachelor degree,distance is not far from the nearby suburbs of camp is the first choice of campers destination,often used the weekend to go camping activities,revisit rate of 47.2%,has the high travel willingness,usually with 2 or more persons under 10 people,most campers are self-guided.The type of demands are natural factors,entertainment factors,interest factors,affective factors and exploration factors.Natural factors and entertainment factors are the most important types of demand.based on the research results and the marketing 4C theory,the paper proposes strategies for the construction of tent camps,product development and marketing,including tent campers' needs to develop camping products,improve service quality,attach importance to campers,develop online marketing channels and flexible pricing strategies.Finally,this thesis uses empirical research methods to quantitatively analyze the consumer demand of campers in tent camps,and put forward relevant suggestions,which have innovative significance.However,limited by its own ability and research time,this paper still has some deficiencies.
