Research On Coping And Guiding Strategy Of Unexpected Internet Public Opinion In Colleges And Universities

Network is an important channel for decision makers to understand social public opinion,and also a powerful tool for the public to supervise government behavior.the party and government attach great importance to network public opinion.The nineteen major report of the party points out that "the Chinese dream is historical,realistic and future;it is our generation and the younger generation".Fortunes rise and fall in the Department of education,the young college students to the country's development is very important,the reality needs to make the network be one of the positions of education for young people.In order to resist the adverse effects of network public opinion on college students and maintain the harmony and stability of colleges and universities,it is necessary to further study the network public opinion and strengthen the network ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.This paper is mainly through the study of some typical "burst network public opinion" case and survey data,using the Marx doctrine theory and psychology,communication science and others reveals the evolution path of college network public opinion,combined with college students psychological and public opinion bias,discuss the shortage of dealing with network public opinion,and in the light of these problems and put forward the corresponding the response and guidance strategy.The dissertation is divided into four parts.Firstly,combing the background and significance of this paper,summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,points out the research methods and ideas and innovation.Secondly,through combing the relevant concepts,summarize the basic characteristics and types of the current network public opinion in Colleges and universities,and discuss the impact of network public opinion in Colleges and universities.Thirdly,a detailed analysis of the questionnaire survey data is made,and the shortcomings of the network public opinion response in Colleges and universities are put forward.Through typical cases,the main causes and evolution paths of the network public opinion in Colleges and universities are analyzed.Finally,due to the shortage of the causes and response to public opinion occurred in the proposed "public opinion and public opinion in the process of development period" the focus of the work of public opinion,the judge and coping mechanism construction,strengthen network ideological and political education in several aspects of coping strategies.The innovation of this paper is to bring the time period before the occurrence of the network public opinion into the research field of vision,and make the judgment of the Internet public opinion pay more attention to the characteristics presented on the front line and offline of the public opinion.The practice and innovation are endless.Chinese society is in a fast developing era.With the extensive and profound transformation in China,the sudden public opinion on the Internet may show new characteristics.This requires that public opinion work should focus not only on the present but also on the future.
