| As the first lesson of entering university,the cultivation of adaptive ability will be of non-common meaning to the students ’ development and the realization of school talents training goal.It is an important part of higher education,and it is a development project to set up the sense o f freshmen ’s direction of freshmen,sense of mission and accomplishment.Freshmen entering university appear maladaptive phenomenon in environment,learning,life and interpersonal aspects and so on,when facing unfamiliar environment.The "Post-95" college freshmen college students as the main force,have different personalit y characteristics in college students before,there are many new problems in adapting to college e nvironment.For the adaptability education the "Post-95" college freshmen to college student man agement work has brought new challenges.Implementation of adaptive education for freshmen is not only necessary for freshmen to adapt new environment,but also is necessary requirement of ideologic al and political education advancing with the times.At present,adaptive education for freshmen in university has gained increasing concentration from college,and achieves some results,but there are some problems.Therefore,through the study of the adaptability of the "Post-95" college students,we shoul d guide the students to understand the objectivity of adaptation problems and analyze the causes of adaptation problems,so as to correct their improper cognition and behavior.And the school ca rries on the corresponding system construction and carries on the moderate intervention when ne cessary,thus provides the help for the "Post-95" university student’s study,the interpersonal com munication,the emotion control and so on.And then realize the healthy growth of college studen ts.Based on the study of adaptive education for freshmen in university,this article from the vi sion of ideological and political education summarizes the main problems existing in the process of adaptive education for freshmen in university,and further analyzes the reason how they are ari sen,finally offers some relevant suggestions to improve adaptive education for freshmen in univ ersity.This article is divided into five parts.In the first part,it introduces research backgrounds,aims and significance.In the second part,it defined the connotation of adaptive education for freshmen in university,and clarifies its sense from the vision of ideological and political education.In the third part,it analyzes the status quo of freshmen inadaptation.It analyzes the existing achievement on adaptive education,summarizes the main problems existing in the process of adaptive education for freshmen in university and analyzes its reasons for different angles as far as possible.In the forth part,this part is the base and the most important one of this article.According to the existing problems referred and the reasons for problems,it specifically puts forward the general ideal on improving the effectiveness of adaptive education for freshmen in university,sticking to the principle,perfecting the methods,exploring the new ways,creating good external environment,sounding the security system on adapting education for freshmen in university. |
