In order to explore how to use the theory of social role to improve the adaptability of society through the role-learning, role-taking, and role conflict in the physical education teaching. The investigation adopts the data processing to define the social roles of the students. Manage the investigation and measurement to collect the data of the experiment, proof through the statistics. The ways and means of adapting the trying of roles can enhance the level of realizing, learn the rules of the society, improve the ability of communication, develop the affection of individuality, increase social adaptability, and   cultivate the consciousness of social roles. In the meantime, it also provides the basis and theory of promoting the physiological, psychological, social healthy opinions for students.
