In China, at present, there are almost20million students in1900colleges anduniversities. Within next two years, the first batch of the post-90s college graduates,will soon turn from students into working adults. Apparently, these new freshgraduates will replace Generation the post-90s to become the backbone of socialistconstruction. As fresh power of the country, the-post90s students will be delegatedmore tasks and empowered more responsibilities as well. For the-post90s students,society adaptability is particularly significant in their own career development.Therefore, increasing academic researchers started to focus on the societyadaptability of the-post90s students due to the importance of this urgent socialissue.This research focuses on the post-90s students upcoming fresh graduates, todeeply explore the character of the post-90s students fresh graduates, specificbehavior and mindset as well as their society adaptability. Eventually, the authorcomes up with a conclusion that how important and urgent to help the post-90s freshgraduates to build up and enhance society adaptability. Meanwhile, it illustrates theexisting situation for society adaptability of the post-90s fresh graduates. With thesupporting from surveys, the author finds out the reasons for current terrible situationand relevant solutions to help them adapt at the society. Strengthen and improve thesocial cognitive abilities; emphasis on combining classroom teaching and practicalteaching, and enhance the independent learning ability; strengthen mental healtheducation to improve the ability to resist setback; cultivate awareness of socialparticipation, improve the ability of social practice; to increase vocational career andemployment guidance, improve competitiveness; to strengthen team spirit andteamwork.
