With rock climbing entering the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020 and entering the National Games in 2017,rock climbing has gradually entered the public's view.The country has also increasingly attached importance to the development of rock climbing and has also made bold attempts in cross-border and cross-project selection in competitive climbing.Before the Olympic Games was announced in 2016,compared to countries like Europe and the United States,the popularity of rock climbing projects in extreme sports is not as good as other Olympic projects in China.This has led to a training system for competitive climbing in China that is not as mature as Europe and the United States.The level of competition is far worse than those of European,American and Japanese athletes.The physical training system for track and field sports has become very mature in China.China has also cultivated Olympic champions such as Liu Xiang in the 110 m hurdles and a number of outstanding track and field athletes.The recent proposal for cross-border rock climbing and cross-boundary selection,access to relevant data,combined with the author's own practical experience in sports,integrated the physical training methods and methods of track and field events into rock climbing training,drawing on the mature training system for track and field events,and adding the various sports.All the basic training principles and training methods that are consistent with the project apply the beneficial conclusions obtained from the experiment and the training methods and principles to the rock climbing training,so that the physical fitness training system can be improved.It is hoped that the climbing training will be improved by improving the physical training effect.Level,to shorten the gap between the level of competition with European,American,Japanese and Korean players,and provide certain reference for physical training methods and methods for rock climbing in the future.In terms of research methods,the use of documentary methods to reference literature on rock climbing training and physical training for track and field,and the use of expert interviews to conduct interviews with experts on rock climbing and track and field in terms of experimental design and implementation and the feasibility of thesis research.The experimental method was used to carry out the experiment training,and the measurement method was used to test and obtain the corresponding experimental data.The experimental data obtained were statistically analyzed using mathematical statistics method,statistical analysis and conclusions were drawn.The independent sample T test and paired sample T test of the data obtained before and after the experiment showed that both the basic physical fitness and the rock climbing specific skills of the experimental group and the control group were improved to some extent,but the interval training of the track and field fitness and climbing special skills made The basic physical fitness and climbing special skills of the experimental group increased more rapidly than the control group in a short period of time.The correlative analysis of the data after the experiment shows that the physical qualities that have the most direct impact on improving the specific skills of rock climbing are the maximum strength of the upper and lower limbs,strength endurance,explosive power,hip flexibility,and core strength.Through the 12-week experiment,the results show that: In the rock climbing training,the integration of physical fitness in track and field can improve the strength,sensitivity,flexibility,and quality of rock climbing basic physical fitness required for rock climbing,thereby improving the climbing skills,The use of hook-and-legged technology improves the core control in the climbing process,improves the ability to deploy muscles,and makes climbing easier,more effortless and beautiful,thus improving the level and performance of climbing.
