Research On Selection Index Of High Level Artistic Swimmers In China

When the selection of synchronized swimming goes to a high level,it focuses more on the acquired and relatively variable factors,such as special ability,psychology and intelligence.Moreover,the indicators in the high-level selection are more comprehensive and detailed,and there are more factors to consider.The establishment of high level talent selection criteria for synchronized swimmers should follow the principles of comprehensiveness,effectiveness,quantification and non quantification,and economy.In this paper,the following conclusions are drawn from the methods of literature,Delphi and mathematical statistics.(1)a preliminary establishment of high level selection indicators for synchronized swimming,including six major indicators,including body function,body shape,physical quality,special skills,artistic expressiveness,sports psychology and intelligence.These factors constitute a multi-level and relatively independent system.(2)through the weight analysis of the first level indicators,the evaluation of athletes' special sports ability in the high level of material selection is more emphasized by experts.In the first level,the self selected action index,water sense,and fork of the self selected exercise ability,the training attitude,the will quality,the memory learning imitation ability and the cooperative spirit under the sports psychology and the intelligence index,the height,the length of the hand,the length of the upper limb and the length of the leg under the body shape index,the maximum oxygen uptake under the body function index.Quantity,phosphocreatic acid and vital capacity;body quality index,split fork,back muscle and ribs lifting leg;the rhythmic feeling,expressive force and body control force under artistic expressive force are most recognized by experts.(3)in this study,the selection index is further weighted through questionnaires.The top three indicators at all levels are considered to be the core indicators in the process of high level selection of synchronized swimming,and are the most representative indicators of synchronized swimming.Priority should be given to the selection process based on the importance of core indicators.Suggestion:(1)in the final selection result of the index,the experts pay little attention to the index of the strength of the extremities,and in the study of the elite swimmers in the world,it is found that Chinese and world elite swimmers have little difference in body height,but the muscle and flesh of the athletes in China are relatively thin in the lifting and jumping and so on.Force is not enough,it is recommended that more strength training,especially hip,leg training.(2)in the weight of the first grade index,the higher the selection level,the more controllable and changeable factors of the evaluation index.It is suggested that coaches should pay more attention to the evaluation of athletes' psychology and intelligence in order to predict athletes' development potential more accurately.(3)although this study is a high level selection index system,the selection of materials in the first and middle levels also has some reference significance.By referring to some indicators in the high level selection,the quality of the primary and intermediate material selection can be made more quality and efficient.
