Scholars in home and abroad intervene in psychological disease by means of physical exercise facing with the increasing problems of psychological health. All results show that physical exercise has positive effect on psychological health. Personal self-respect as an aspect of self-awareness ideology is one of the important signs of psychological health. It is of significance for the psychological effect of undergraduates before and after physical exercises. Physical exercise and correct self-evaluation is an effective approach to evaluate if it made psychological effect or not. Different exercise events make different exercise psychological effect. Swimming has good effect on improving the body shapes, heart and lung functions and self-confidence for undergraduates. It also can improve sport ability, physical condition, physical charming and physical diathesis, resulting in upgrading whole self-respect level and promoting psychological health. In this paper, investigation of physical self-respect measurement is used to discuss the effect of exercise amount and different aims on physical self-respect in swimming exercises of different sexual undergraduates. The independent effect of variables of sex, exercise aim and exercise amount on physical self-respect is discussed and their interaction is also studied. A mathematical model is established by the statistic analysis of multi variable variance. Concludes can be made as follows.1,The effect of physical self-respect measurement was checked out as good and excellent in the first stage and report stage respectively. So, physical self-respect measurement is believable and effective in the first stage and report stage. It completely accord with quality standards for the request of investigation.2,The self-training after school of undergraduates has few effects on the physical self-respect level. It is indicated that the changes of physical self-respect level of undergraduates cannot expected by the self-training after school.3,A mathematical model is established by the statistic analysis of multi variable variance. It explained effectively the linear relationship between experimental interfering aspects and physical self-respect level of undergraduates. Three experimental interfering aspects have no distinct interaction, that is, there is no linear relationship between the four interaction methods and physical self-respect level, which cannot explain the changes of physical self-respect level of undergraduates. In the contrary, training aim, training amount and different sex have all shown the linear relationship with physical self-respect level. So, the changes of physical self-respect level of undergraduates can be explained by the independent effect of training aim, training amount and different sex.4,The amount of swimming training is very effective on physical self-respect level and its relative terms. No matter what is male or female and no matter what is higher aim group or basic aim group, physical self-respect level of larger amount of swimming exercisers is higher than that of smaller ones.5,Swimming training aim groups including higher aim group and basic aim group are effective on physical self-respect level and its relative terms. No matter what is male or female and no matter what is larger training amount or smaller training amount, physical self-respect level of higher destination is better than that of lower ones.6,Different sex is effective on physical self-respect level and its relative terms. No matter what is male or female and no matter what is higher aim group or basic aim group, physical self-respect level of males is higher than that of females.
