With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous development of social economy, the fine degree of labor division in the market has been significantly improved,so, for the laborer’s quality and ability requirements are constantly improve, In this context, the quality and skills of the workers are more and more high.So,Professional Degree Postgraduate Education came into.In order to realize the effective integration of postgraduate education quality and the needs of society,Since 2009, China has launched a full-time Professional Degree Postgraduate Education, which is based on this year’s graduates. It has delivered a lot of excellent talents for the country and the society. However, with the continuous expansion of higher education, some problems that can not be ignored gradually appeared.For example, the training mode is more obvious, the proportion of teachers and students is not harmonious, and the professional ability of graduate students is not high.As a central participant in the training process,the high quality and high ability of the tutor team is the internal driving force to ensure the quality of Graduate Education.Therefore,it is a very important and urgent task to build a full-time Professional Degree Postgraduate teaching staff with perfect structure,excellent skills and comprehensive quality.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the construction of "Dual-qualified"teaching staff for full-time Professional Degree Postgraduate , which should be based on the training objectives of full-time Professional Degree Postgraduates, as well as the quality requirements and ability requirements.However, due to the short development time,the relative lack of experience in Colleges and universities,the construction of the "Dual-qualified"teaching staff is still in the transition stage which is from the structure of teaching staff in certain way to the "Double quality" of individuals.At present, most of the full-time Professional Degree Postgraduate tutors have little understanding of the industry prospects, and they are lack of practical experience and practical skills,so it is impossible to develop professional talents who have kind of high-level occupation ability.It is necessary to further study and improve the construction of "Dual-qualified"teaching staff of full-time Professional Degree Postgraduates.The construction of "Dual-qualified"teaching staff must be closely related to the high demands of the social and economic development on the professional ability of full-time graduate students,The study on the construction of "dual-qualified"Teaching Staff for full-time Professional Degree Postgraduates needs a long-term process to research,and it needs universities,enterprises and individuals to cooperate.For providing better service for economic and social development,lt is much needed to achieve the full-time professional degree Postgraduate cultivation target,to strengthen the construction of the overall quality of the "dual-qualified"Teaching Staff,for giving full play to the function of teachers, so as to provide protection for the training objectives of full-time professional degree graduate education,to provide better human and intelligence service for the country and social and economic development.
