With the development of the national education Informatization Reform,the online examination is becoming the main form of the teaching evaluation.At the same time,as one of the most important learning support services,the quality of the examination tutorial resources has become the key factor that directly affects the learners ' learning effect and the effect of examination guidance.In order to strengthen the effect of examination tutoring and improve the service of examination guidance,the research on the online examination tutorial resources is continuously heating up.At present,the tutorial resources of the online examination mainly include the traditional paper resources,the tutoring materials,the computer-based questions bank,the examination simulation system,the simple knowledge base and so on.Although there are many kinds and large amount of data,but there are some problems,such as scattered knowledge structure,weak knowledge inference ability and low knowledge service,which can not meet the requirements of the test learner,including comprehensive system of content,structural hierarchy,multi-efficient service.The key reason for the above problems lies in the systematic integration and formal representation of the examination guidance resources which could not satisfy the learners ' knowledge demand.In order to solve the above problems,this research taken Objectives-driven theory as the theoretical foundation.Network Education Resources Design Strategy and Knowledge Organization principle were design principles,introducing Ontology and Knowledge base technology.This paper designed a model of tutorial-resource base of online examination,including knowledge acquisition module,knowledge reconstruction module and knowledge service module.On the base of the module,this paper expounded the process of knowledge collection and reconstruction of the development of the tutorial-resource base and discussed the knowledge service research.Since then,we developed a tutorial-resource base of undergraduate English examination,evaluated the initial knowledge base simply and discussed the knowledge service.This research is the useful attempt and exploration on the construction of online examination tutorial resources,in order to enhance the construction of online examination tutorial resources.This research is the application research of the model of tutorial-resource base of online examination in Online Diploma Education,which not only can provide the train of thought for the online examination guidance resources construction,but also can enrich the on-line examination guidance resources construction system.What's more,it provides a foundation for the high effective high quality study support service and a reference for improving the efficiency of examination counseling.
