In order to realize the strategic goal of "rejuvenating the country by science and education"and "talent power",the national education department has taken the curriculum reform of the education stage as the core link and key grasp for cultivating high-quality talents.In November 2001,ministry of education of China promulgated the compulsory education sports and health course standard ",on June 19,2003,and introduced the "ordinary high school physical education and health curriculum standard",the two "standard" was to guide our country elementary and middle schools "sports and health" course of important documents.In basic education "sports and health" curriculum reform experience of more than 10 years of today,with the advancement of reform in all areas,especially the deepening of the reform of physical education basic education stage,has highlighted the current in colleges and universities sports education professional personnel training in terms of relative lag,exposed the primary problem is the university sports education professional trained professionals cannot be very good to adapt to and meet the current basic education stage of "sports and health" course requirements.Physical education major students in the university four years of professional study,still cannot master the conform to the teaching requirements,conform to the new standard of the basic education stage "sports and health" course teaching practice requirement of teaching concept,teaching methods,teaching skills,especially the "sports and health" teaching design on how to proceed and how good the section "sports and health" course is so so,a little knowledge.The basic reason is that there is a disconnection and lag between the talent cultivation of education professional and the demand for talents in education stage.This study is based on the theory of competence standard education,and the reform of the talent cultivation of education students is the research object.Start with basic education stage the demand for talent as a breakthrough point,to influences the stage of basic education "sports and health education curriculum teaching must have the basic ability as the basis,combining with the new physical education curriculum reform,using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods.In this paper,a comparative study was conducted on the talent cultivation reform of the education professional training of Tianjin normal university in the 14th and 15th levels,and the changes of the talent training reform in the 14 and 15 level of Tianjin normal university were found.Vertically with the national ministry of education promulgated in 2003 "national ordinary higher school sports education undergraduate course plan" and the other five colleges and universities of Beijing,Tianjin and hebei comparing the talent cultivation of research(Beijing normal university,Beijing sports university,Tianjin normal university,hebei,Tianjin sports college,hebei normal university sports institute).Focus on the training objectives of education professional training,education professional curriculum system construction,and educationstudents' internship practice.Through research,the following conclusions and Suggestions are drawn:1.Conclusion:education of Tianjin normal university has trained the talent training target of education talents in application-oriented sports,and has been unable to meet the demands of the society for talents under the new situation.Suggestion:should be under the guidance of the curriculum plan,at the same time learn from Beijing,Tianjin and hebei other colleges and universities sports education professional personnel training goal,personnel training goal in a planned way would turn into physical education talents training.2.Conclusion:Tianjin normal university sports education professional personnel training specification basically able to meet the social demand for talents,with Beijing,Tianjin and hebei compared to several other colleges and universities to form the "Khalid ents,teachers' quality,education for this,physique and personality and" concept of talent training,but the two tools to English and computer courses requires specification is not high.Recommendation:to strictly implement the requirements of the curriculum plan,to meet the requirements of cet-4 and computer level 2.Or,according to the actual situation of education students in sports,the actual situation is slightly reduced,for example,80%of English level 425.3.Conclusion:the major function of the university sports education professional training outstanding teachers for basic education period,Tianjin normal university sports education professional when making the talent training scheme did not mention the attention to basic education stage the demand for talent.Suggestion:in basic education stage the demand for talent for this,draw lessons from Tianjin sports institute and hebei the talents training goal of sports institute in developing experience,fully considering the social development and the practice of basic education stage the demand for talent.4.conclusion:Tianjin normal university sports institute of science in the curriculum system construction of a general general course and specialized fewer class hours,is a compulsory course and professional elective class hours,the more the curriculum is not harmonious,uneven phenomenon,has affected the quality of personnel training.Recommendation:a large number of specialized elective courses should be compressed to increase the professional compulsory course and general knowledge course.5.conclusions:since 1999 the basic education stage of physical education curriculum reform has experienced more than ten years,however,Tianjin normal university sports education professional(including Beijing,Tianjin and hebei five other sports universities)has not set up the new curriculum reform in the sports related courses,and basic education stage the demand for talent disconnect and crultivate hysteresis.Suggestion:.in the compulsory course,the new curriculum reform and the new theory of PE curriculum reform are added.To facilitate students to better adapt to the basic education teaching requirements.6.conclusion:Tianjin normal university sports science college sports education professional,high level sports team "integrated innovation" concept of teaching reform in the right way,effective,advanced,highly of classroom teachers and students,through the special teaching skill training courses to learn,greatly improved the students' special training teaching concept,teaching level and practical ability.But students still disagree about the form.Advice:body science college teaching management office and training center into a line of classroom teachers and students in the extensive investigation and study,according to the teacher and students' views on revising the reform of the guiding principles and measures for its implementation.7.conclusion:Tianjin normal university education internship practice working system complete,organized and arranged reasonably and orderly,and a good exercise for the students'practical ability,improve the teaching and training level of students.Suggestions:strengthen the summary of the work after the middle of trainee,discover the theory of knowledge,teaching management and the lack of sports skills,and targeted to strengthen learning,for the next phase of education practice to lay the solid foundation.
