The Gelao ethnic groups is an indigenous people living in Guizhou.Its long history and splendid culture have continued for thousands of years.However,with the development of the times and changes in the way of earning a living,the Gelao culture has gradually faced the predicament of being lost.The school is the main position of cultural heritage,and the curriculum is an important carrier of school education.The development and implementation of school-based curriculum of Gelao culture can not only inherit and carry forward national culture,but also build school characteristics and strengthen the strength of running a school.Dazhen National Middle School was given excellent geographical location and its school-based curriculum development of the Qiang nationality has begun to show results.Therefore,the study decided to conduct field surveys on the development of school-based curriculum development of Gelao culture,and scrutinize the overall context and problems to propose an optimization strategy.Other schools in the district provide theoretical references.Through literature review,it has been found that the development of foreign school-based curriculum has been transformed into a school-based curriculum development under the national curriculum standards.There is relatively little research on the development of ethnic minority culture school-based curriculum in domestic research on school-based curriculum development.Therefore,this research is based on the national curriculum.Exploring the development of the school-based curriculum of Gelao culture under the standard.The theoretical basis of this study is multicultural education theory,multiple intelligence theory and humanistic curriculum theory.This study used interviews and questionnaires to investigate and found that the overall context of the development of school-based curriculum of Dai culture in Daozhen Ethnic Middle School was:The reason was to create a school with ethnic education characteristics,construct a curriculum system for educating people,inherit and promote the Gelao ethnic group.Culture;conditions are clear educational philosophy and mission,rich curriculum resources,necessary experience preparation,a group of teachers who love national culture,and necessary start-up funds;the background is due to the successful application of the "Project School" and the replacement of the principal.The strategy is to use the "topics" and "projects" to guide;the action is to actively communicate with the education authorities and local scientific research institutions and actively promote the development work inward;the effect is that the school's reputation is obviously improved and the students' overall quality is significantly enhanced.Teachers' professional capabilities have been improved.At the same time,it has also found that there are some problems in curriculum development:the lack of a school-based curriculum development subject;the lack of systematic development;lack of in-depth evaluation;serious occupies the class;the relevant guarantee mechanism is not in place;the student's psychological burden is not paid attention;Learning differences.In view of the above issues,this study proposes some suggestions for improvement:optimizing staffing and implementing collective deliberation;strengthening expert docking and implementing scientific development;changing teachers' concepts,guaranteeing class hours,strengthening supervision and management,and improving the safeguard mechanism.
