For the development of new age,the new curriculum reform pays more attention to the development of school-based curriculum,and the schools focus on developing the school-based curriculum which is more special and individual.Ethnic schools have special geographical location and humanistic environment in ethnic areas,and have the obligation to inherit local ethnic culture.How should the ethnic school develop the special ethnic school-based curriculum which combine the local ethnic culture resources effectively.In the context of multiculturalism,how should children choose school-based curriculum content that will help them improve themselves?Liannan,located in the northwest of Guangdong Province,is the residential area of the Yao ethnic group.It has rich and excellent cultural resources of the Yao ethnic group,and the Yao ethnic culture has a long history.It is of great practical significance and research value to include it in the school-based curriculum for children to learn.This study through school-based curriculum development background,present research purpose and meaning,then,on the basis of reading literature at home and abroad,puts forward the research question and the main content,research characteristics and research value,follow the basic route,using literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to discuss the research.Firstly,the definition of ethnic culture,Yao culture and school-based curriculum development is defined respectively,with Taylor's curriculum theory and multicultural education theory as theoretical support.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the Yao ethnic culture,the local ethnic culture was investigated,and the geographical situation,migration and distribution of the Yao ethnic group were respectively analyzed.Then,the status quo of school-based curriculum development of the Yao ethnic culture,students' learning of school-based curriculum and case study on school-based curriculum development of Yao culture were analyzed through the data of the questionnaire survey.Then,it analyzes the difficulties encountered in the development of ethnic culture school-based curriculum.At the same time,it analyzes the reasons from the school level,teacher level,student level,leader and manager level.Finally,combining with the issue of Yao ethnic culture entering school-based curriculum development,measures for school-based curriculum development of Yao ethnic culture are formulated from the aspects of school-based curriculum objectives,ethnic cultural resources,class implementation methods,curriculum evaluation,school management and so on.In a word,this study studies the school-based curriculum of Yao ethnic culture according to the resources of the school-based curriculum of Yao ethnic culture,which is conducive to improving students' ethnic cultural literacy,promoting ethnic unity,and providing reference for the development of school-based curriculum of Yao ethnic culture.
