Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Maolong,A Traditional Sports Event Of Gelao In The East Of Guizhou Province

Qiandong Gelao traditional sports event "Mao Long" referred to as "Malao Mao Long" is a large-scale dragon lantern unique to Qiandong.It is the crystallization of collective wisdom of the ancestors of the Gelao people in Qiandong area in long-term production practice,and has certain social control functions and cultural functions."Galao Maolong" originated from productive labor and rooted in festivals and celebrations.It is an essential minority sports activity during the Spring Festival and Lantern Festival when the people of Qiandong celebrate the New Year.In the development and inheritance of "Gala Maolong" in different periods,all of them have highlighted the profound cultural heritage of the Qiang Gelao.However,due to various reasons,the Qiandong Gelao traditional sports event "Maolong" in the new period has not shown a new vitality and vitality.The global wave has tightened the ties between the nations of the world.While bringing development opportunities to the Gelao Maolong,it has also brought cultural shocks.The impact of commercialization,the assimilation of western competitive sports,the impact of urbanization on the original culture,the shrinking of the space for survival and development,etc.,all have presented sharp challenges to the development of the "Gala Maolong".How to break through the bottleneck and seek new development in the new era has become an urgent issue.This article mainly uses the methods of literature,field survey,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other methods to analyze the historical evolution,design concept,selection mechanism of inheritors,Systematic and holistic investigation and research on personnel participation status,transmission carrier,and current people 's satisfaction with “Galao Maolong”,comprehensive analysis of the problems of Qiandong Gelao 's traditional sports “Maolong” The sustainable development of the ethnic traditional sports item "Maolong" provides feasible countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows:(?)The appearance and performance of the Maodong traditional Qianlong sports item “Maolong” is too old-fashioned and lacks innovation.Therefore,the young people of the Gelao people who are deeply affected by modernization have a lower love and satisfaction with “Maolong”.Not willing to be a participant and inheritor of this project.(?)The Qianlong Gelao traditional sports item "Maolong" has a single carrier,and the media needs to be innovated.As a result,the scope of cultural transmission is small and the inheritance effect is poor.(?)The assimilation of foreign sports and the wanton fabrication and tampering of unscrupulous businessmen in the process of commercialization have resulted in the alienation of the "Maolong" in the process of inheritance and development and the loss of its original ethnic characteristics.(?)the current Qiandong Gelao traditional sports item "Maolong" has problems such as inadequate successor selection and protection mechanisms,unscientific competition evaluation standards,etc.,which has largely hindered the "Maolong" healthy transmission and development.(?)Economic and transportation factors have led to the development of the Qiandong Gelao traditional project "Maolong" showing a serious imbalance between urban and rural distribution.
