A Practical Research On Group Work To The Self-protection Capacity Building Of Migrant Children

Migrant children faced a series of problems in the growth,especially the security problem.The frequent occurrence of migrant child safety accidents not only causes harm to the migrant children and their families,but also has a negative impact on the development of the society,which needs our attention and needs to be taken seriously.In order to reduce and avoid the negative effect brought by the safety accident,we need to solve the problem from the essence,which needs to improve the self-protection consciousness of the migrant children,and strengthen the migrant children's social support network and build the energy of the migrant children self-protection.The author used the method of group work to explore the self-protection capacity building of migrant children.Through the study of the literature research and practice of migrant children,to understand the status of the migrant children's growing environment,family and school performance,status quo of the migrant children self-protection ability,and analyzes the effects of related factors,and targeted according to the demand of the migrant children,formulate the corresponding group activities.The whole team activities based on the dominant perspective theory,based on the migrant children's own advantage,using its own resources.Team design a total of seven active content,including life awareness,awareness of seeking support,physical boundary awareness,social security awareness,crisis response awareness and other aspects.Starting from the self-protection consciousness of the migrant children,through the change of consciousness to affect the change of its ability,in order to achieve self-protection ability.The group activity was assessed by a combination of various assessment methods,and the effectiveness of the team's intervention in the improvement of self-protection ability of migrant children was carried out.Results show that a group work for migrant children self-protection ability construction is an effective and basic implementation team goals,team members through role-playing,and other forms of participatory experience,improve the ego to protect consciousness,ego to protect ability increased.After analyzing the effectiveness of the group,we also reflect on the shortcomings in the practice and summarize some practical experiences.
