| With the increasing speed of unbalanced economic development between urban and rural areas in China, the scale of floating population in China has been expanding year by year, and the number of migrant workers and migrant children has gradually increased.Due to the physical and mental development of migrant children, migrant children are prone to peer communication problems. The problem of peer communication of migrant children has developed into a social problem.Solving the problem of peer communication of migrant children is the top priority in social work. This study takes the ’ 430 class ’ migrant children of G institution in H town of D city as the research object, and uses literature analysis, scale measurement, interview, observation and other research methods to investigate the peer communication problems of ’ 430 class ’ migrant children, and through the analysis of the micro, meso and macro systems of migrant children,to understand the causes and needs of peer communication problems of migrant children. It is found that most of the migrant children in ’ 430 Classroom ’ have peer communication problems such as lack of self-confidence in peer communication, low willingness to communicate, prominent bad peer communication behavior, lack of language expression and non-verbal understanding ability. Finally, through invitation and voluntary registration,12 migrant children from ’ 430 Classroom ’ were selected to participate in a total of six peer communication ability improvement groups guided by ecosystem theory. The author designed and carried out group activities from the micro, meso and macro systems around the needs of migrant children participating in the group. The author evaluates the effectiveness of the group activities of the group members, and finally summarizes and reflects on the whole group process. This study draws the following conclusions : group work has a significant effect on improving the peer communication ability of migrant children, establishing a good ecosystem can effectively alleviate the peer communication problems of migrant children, and the development of interaction and sharing links can help improve the peer communication ability of migrant children.Based on the theory of ecosystem, this study carries out group activities to help migrant children improve their peer communication ability. It not only starts from the migrant children themselves, but also intervenes in the individual, peer group, family and school system of migrant children. The group activities of parent-child and peer friends are helpful to guide the parents of migrant children to pay attention to the peer communication problems of migrant children, create a good peer communication atmosphere for migrant children in the peer group, and provide support for improving the peer communication ability of migrant children at the level of family, school and peer group system.Eliminate the negative emotions of inferiority, learn the correct peer communication behavior, and improve the ability of language expression and non-verbal understanding. However, there are still deficiencies in this study. The role of the school system in intervening in the peer interaction of migrant children is not strong enough, and the pro-social behavior of the group members is not considered. The group activities also do not take into account the invitation of local children to participate together to reduce the social exclusion encountered by migrant children, resulting in a small number of group activities. The effect is not significant.Although there are some shortcomings in this study, the overall activities of migrant children participating in the group are still effective. It is hoped that this study will bring some help to the practical development of children ’s social work. |
