Research On The Cultivation Of Migrant Children's Emergency Self-Protection Ability When Group Work Is Involved

With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,a large number of migrant workers continue to flood into cities in order to obtain more job opportunities,and this has led to the emergence of migrant children as a new vulnerable group.The strength of youth is the strength of the country.The personal safety of migrant children not only threatens their own development,but also affects the development of the whole family,school,community and society.The specific nature of migrant children determines that they will face bullying by schools,violence from domestic violence,floods,fires,and traffic accidents,how to make migrant children learn to protect themselves from emergencies,reduce the occurrence of harm,and how to use proper methods to protect themselves.In order to ensure the healthy growth of migrant children,we must earnestly do a good job in migrant children's emergency self-help protection.According to the development needs of migrant children,effectively improving the migrant children's ability to protect themselves from emergency self-rescue and the public's awareness of responsibility for protecting migrant children requires prevention.Based on the literature research method,based on the research data of the former on mobile child safety issues,the author uses field research methods and survey research methods to conduct in depth analysis of the migrant children's safety awareness and emergency self-help protection capabilities.Close to the types of injuries of mobile children,such as knowledge of bullying in schools,traffic safety knowledge,floods,fire escapes,and earthquake knowledge,a series of group-themed activities for individuals and their guardians of migrant children were designed and the effectiveness of group activities was carried out.Finally summary and reflection.The research results show that the group work has a strong feasibility to improve theprotection of mobile children's emergency self-protection ability.After a series of group activities,the migrant children's emergency self-protection capability has been significantly improved,they can effectively detect the occurrence of common disasters,and take early warning measures.In the face of some unexpected events,the flow is clearly seen.Children's ability to deal with these issues is significantly enhanced,thereby reducing the extent of their own harm.At the same time,through this study,the level of cognition of the safety of migrant child guardians has also been greatly improved.The multiple roles played by parents in children's lives have been clearly defined,and the importance of cultivating migrant children's emergency self-protection capabilities has been understood.The schools of the group members also recognized the important role the school plays in cultivating the migrant children's emergency self-protection capabilities,changed the previous simple safety education methods that the teacher verbally conveyed,and adopted a scenario simulation that meets the mobility of the migrant children.Games,games and other methods of safety education have really played the educational function of the school.The group's social work methods have a strong practicality,feasibility,and promotion in enhancing the protection of migrant children's emergency self-protection capabilities.Of course,we can also try to use multiple disciplines and perspectives to study the issue of mobile child safety in the future,and constantly adjust the program in practice to formulate the most effective training program for the protection of mobile children's emergency self-protection capabilities to solve the issue of mobile child safety.We must also constantly improve our research capabilities and constantly improve the problems that arise in cultivating migrant children's emergency self-protection capabilities,so as to completely solve the problem of mobile child safety.
