With the advancement of urbanization, the number of landless peasants in China has been increasing. The government expropriated their property and land and put them in a community to start a new life. With the intensification of the aging process, the number of landless old people in land lost is more and more.In addition to material compensation, the old people who lost the land need more care and support for the elderly. As the main place of care for the elderly who lost their land, the community should pay more attention to the old-age service for the elderly who lost their land,so as to ensure their life in their old age.At present, the material life of the landless old people can be guaranteed by the government subsidies and social insurance, but in their future life, how to find a new place after the loss of land, how to adapt to the change of the role, reclaim the confidence of life, strengthen self identification, and improve the self efficiency are still a problem to be solved. This study, based on the 4 factors of Bandura's self-efficacy,planned four groups of different groups of work involved in the activities of improving the sense of self-efficacy of the old people who lost their land, and in this plan to carry out the "sunset red" group activities.By evaluating the group service process, the result, the change of the group and the change of self efficacy, and comparing the changes of the self efficacy of the old people in the experimental group and the control group, the 4 factors formed by the self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on the improvement of the self-efficacy of the X community.Through the analysis of the general self-efficacy scale, the activity assessment scale and the unstructured interview, the group members in the "sunset red" group showed that most members of the group had a positive change in their cognitive behavior after the group activities. The general self-efficacy of the group was divided into 2 members and other groups.Scores increased, and the average self-efficacy of the whole group increased significantly. However, the scores of self-efficacy of the control group were mostly unchanged or decreasing, and the average scores decreased slightly. This shows that the 4 factors of Bandura's self-efficacy can be considered as a long-term consideration when the group work intervenes to improve the social work service of the self efficacy of the lost people, and it can be included in the process of the design and process of the activities.Through the unstructured interviews with the members of the experimental group,we know that in the 4 different activities designed based on the 4 factors formed by Bandura's self-efficacy,the greatest impact on the self-efficacy enhancement of the X community lost people is to increase the individual's experience of success and to increase the alternative experience,in order to strengthen the reason of language persuasion. The effect of the activity based on the design is the least obvious. However, the assessment results of this study may be influenced by subjective factors and material incentives. The appropriateness of the assessment method needs to be improved. In addition, the effect assessment questionnaire is too complex, may affect the self-feedback of the team members, the sample size and the evaluation subject is relatively simple and so on in the future research. Finally, based on the results of this study, combined with the actual situation, this study proposed 4 suggestions of group work intervention in improving self efficacy of landless elderly.
