The Study Of Social Work Involved In The Home Care Of Elderly Disabled People Takes The T Community Of C City As An Example

China has a large number of elderly people with disabilities and elderly persons.Disabilities are a group of people with dual identity and identity with vulnerable group of vulnerable groups.With the acceleration of China's aged process.The number of elderly people with disabilities will increase.Taking care of elderly people with disabilities and meeting the needs of elderly people with disabilities is a concern of all walks of life.Home care has emerged as a result of traditional family care.Institutional care cannot meet the needs of the elderly.Compared with the two traditional modes of care and home care can make full using of the community resources.While allowing elderly people are taken care of in a familiar environment.Along with the social work intervention in community service and community service itself development and the improvement of social welfare.Social and community resources to utilize social work at home to take care of elderly people with disabilities support.However,there are still many problems in home care,such as unclear service subject,low level of social security,insufficient use of informal resources,are lack of spiritual needs of elderly people with disabilities.Based on C city T community,this paper uses social support theory to explore how to meet the diversified needs of elderly people with disabilities in home care.In this paper,we adopt the unstructured interview method and the participation observation method to understand the living situation of the elderly disabled in the community,and analyze the needs and problems of the elderly people with disabilities in the community.The study found that the elderly in T community adopted traditional family care mode.Elderly care for the disabled community there are common problems including: the contradiction in the family,economic pressure,the elderly spiritual needs are not being met for the disabled,elderly people with disabilities and social ability degradation caregivers.Caregiver support is weak and so on.This paper,which is based on the social support theory,combines the condition of the service object is different.Using case,group and community involvement in professional social work method to elderly home care services for the disabled,the support for the elderly home care for the disabled.This study finds that social work is feasible and meaningful to intervene in the home care services of elderly people with disabilities.Finally,through the reflection on the problems in the practical work and related theories and literature,this paper puts forward some suggestions,countermeasures.Suggestions for home care.
