| At present,the aging rate of population in China is accelerating day by day,and there are obvious regional differences in the aging of population due to the imbalance of economic development in various regions.Compared with other developed regions,the aging problem of population in ethnic areas is more serious.Moreover,the development of home pension service in China is slow,there are many problems,such as single service form,shortage of professional personnel,lack of supporting facilities for the aged and so on.In recent years,our country has clearly pointed out in the government work report that we should vigorously support the professional development of social work,and social work has gradually been paid attention to,but ethnic social work is still in the initial stage of exploration in our country.Under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory,using S Village,B County,H Province,the paper selected the family of the empty-nesters as the service object of the problems and demand of the service plan.This study hopes to intervene through the social work of Korean empty nesters home pension service,solve the life difficulties of empty nesters,alleviate their loneliness and participate in interpersonal distance,and for social work to solve the pension problem in ethnic areas,in order to enrich the research literature in this field,but also for other scholars to carry out theoretical reference. |
