In 2014,China's education department pointed out the concept of "core literacy system" for the first time in the relevant opinions.On this basis,the curriculum standards of ordinary senior high schools were revised accordingly,and during the development of personnel training,the core literacy was taken as the internal core goal for the new curriculum reform.As a required course in senior high school history,great changes have taken place in teaching philosophy,which has changed from emphasizing the learning of knowledge and ability to emphasizing the cultivation and improvement of students' subject ability and subject accomplishment.The new curriculum standard requirements,through the effective development of the relevant cultivation work,to meet the requirements of moral education,this change has a great impact on the teaching and learning of history.This paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods to analyze the existing problems in the history teaching design under the original curriculum system,enlighten the design strategy and direction of the history teaching design scheme in senior high school after the new curriculum reform,and makes an analysis through practical cases.The research of this article is divided into the following parts: First,analyze the basis and background of the topic,why the topic should be studied,the current research status of the topic and the existing problems in teaching practice,and demonstrate the necessity of the research.Second,analyze the current research status at home and abroad.What are the opinions of domestic scholars on the research of this issue,what are the opinions of foreign scholars,in addition,combined with the research status and literature,the theoretical basis involved in this article,including constructivist learning theory,education and teaching optimal theory,etc,has been deeply analyzed In order to provide certain theoretical support for the research of this article.Then through the field investigation,we found the current situation of history teaching design,sorted out the existing problems,including the concept of history teaching design is relatively backward,different students' literacy ability is different,history teaching design is unreasonable,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth.Finally,according to the analysis of the current situation and problems,the structure strategy and methods of teaching design under the background of the new curriculum reform are putforward.History teachers should actively change their traditional teaching models and establish new teaching concepts.In addition,they must continue to expand.With their own vision,master more theoretical knowledge,optimize teaching methods,cultivate students' interest in history learning,and better implement core literacy.The research of this paper conforms to the development trend of education in China,which is of great significance to the teaching design of history course and the cultivation of the ability and accomplishment of history subject.
