The TfU Online Course proceeds teaching training with the principle that the teaching should aim at understanding of knowledge. The course recommends that students should learn in pratice and try to express the understanding in terms of students'(or coaches') activities, speeches and writings in the process of suggestive activities. With the innovation of new course in primary education, in Chinese current evironment, the TfU Online Course executed teaching training in 2006 for the firt time in Shanghai. Based on the research on the TfU Online Course, the comparation between the TfU Online Course and new course in primary education of our country shows that they share similar target, structure, content, execution, evaluation manner and etc. Hence, the study on the development and training effect of the TfU Online Course in China is significative to teacher education and innovation of new course in primary education.Based on former study on the execution status of TfUl Online Course and the training effect, the study analyzed the learning status of each group of students in the training and made in-depth researches on some groups. The study also analyzed those major factors affecting the effects of the training. And We discuss the solutions for those existing problems, including what are them and how they affect the training effect. The study provides solutions to how to improve the training and obtain better effect.The study has discussed the background, the purpose, the problems and the idea and the method of the research in the introduction.Part I. Based on research of the content, structure and function of the TfUl Online Course, the study provides relative theory basic supporting TfU Online Course, including Self-motivated Learning Theory, Interaction and Communication Theory in Telelearning Theory as well as the Constructivist Learning Theory, Humanism Learning Theory and Multiple Elements Intelligence Learning Theory in Learning Theory, with relative discussion.Part II. The study focuses on the focal point of the research, the execution status of the TfUl Online Course "and the checkout of the training effect of the course. Firstly, analyzes the data from the students'questionnaires to confirm the students'learning status and training effect during the course. Secondly, analyzes the data from the coaches'questionnaires to study how the coaches make progress in the course by themselves. Lastly, compare the data from the students to that from the coaches, and summarize the execution status of the TfU Online Course in Shanghai.Part III. Based on the former research on the TfU Online Course, the study proposes that those major factors affecting the result of the training course arise out of the deficiencies of the TfUl Online Course in the schedule and the execution of the course, the barriers annoying the students, the society evironment, mechanism of universities and etc. The study provides effective solutions to improve the training course, according to those undesirable factors found in the execution of the TfU Online Course.In conclusion, we summarizes the whole process of the study, with verdicts and innovative ideas. There are still a lot of serious problems limiting the constant tracking validation studies in the future. Eventually, the study forecasts the significance of TfU Online Course to Chinese teaching education as well as its development in the future in China.
