As everyone knows,the rural primary school teachers in China are the core force to promote the development of rural basic education.The teachers' professional quality and professional teaching ability determine the quality of rural education in China.How to improve teachers' teaching ability is a major issue to narrow the gap between urban and rural education quality.In recent years,the government and the educational administrative departments have realized that the training of rural teachers is one of the key factors that restrict the development of rural basic education.In order to break through the restrictive factors of rural basic education,improve the quality of rural education,combine the opportunity of the new curriculum reform,in 2014,Mr.Zhou,President of the education research and Training Institute of Hainan,began to take the lead in the reform and exploration of the teacher training pattern in rural teaching points.He proposed a "thematic" training pattern which is suitable for the characteristics of the local rural areas.The pattern is based on its native place,which is innovative to set up special field courses on the content of the training.This pattern sets up different theme training activities every year to promote the training of teachers in rural teaching points,to further improve the teaching level of the rural teachers,to enrich the connotation of rural basic education.According to the collected questionnaire of teachers satisfaction,interview with the person in charge of the training institution.,and the viewing training achievement promotion conference,through studying the "theme" training model of teachers in rural teaching points in Hainan province,the purpose of this paper is to dissect the effect of training,to explore the current problems of this pattern,to put forward the improvement strategy,to form a model with more practical operation in the teacher training.Therefore,it provides reference for the training of remote rural primary school teachers in Hainan Province,and provides guidance and help for improving the professional quality of teachers in rural teaching points.This paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part is to explain the reason for the selection of topics and the research value of the topic based on the training model of the rural teaching point teachers,to comb the research results of rural teachers' training mode at home and abroad,to grasp the trend ofresearch and development.The research ideas and methods are briefly introduced.The second part defines the core concepts of the research,such as "training mode","thematic training mode","rural teaching point",and provides theoretical support for the construction of this research.The third part discusses the constituent elements of training mode,including training objectives,contents,subjects and methods,and the implementation process of rural teachers in Hainan province.The fourth part,based on the results of data analysis,interview and observation,makes a deep analysis of the training effect and problems of the theme training mode of teachers in the outlying rural areas of Hainan province,through the following three ways: interviews with teachers in some remote rural teaching spots in Hainan Province,heads of training programs in various counties and counties,sorting out student satisfaction questionnaires,and participating in the "theme based" training mode results promotion conference.The fifth part puts forward the optimization strategy of "thematic" training mode of teachers in remote rural teaching point in Hainan Province,so as to provide help for improving the effectiveness of teachers training in Hainan rural teaching point,and provide reference for related research,to provide an example for the innovation of rural primary school teachers' training mode in China.
