The Influence Research Of College Student's Professional Commitment On Learning Gains

With the popularization of high education in China,the quality of talent training has become a common concern of the whole society.The choice of major will have an important impact on college students' study life and future career choice.Professional commitment not only plays an important role in promoting college students' learning input,but also affects the quality of college students' academic harvest.This study explores the connection between professional commitment,learning engagement and learning gains by understanding the status of college students' professional commitments,and provides a basis for improving the level of professional commitment,promoting learning engagement and gains.In the course of the research,three mature questionnaires were used.A random sampling method was used to select 400 students for questionnaire survey.The statistical analysis of 351 valid samples was carried out to verify the level of college students' professional commitment,learning engagement and learning gains under different characteristic variables,the correlation between college students' professional commitment,learning engagement and learning gains,and learning engagement is a mediating variable that professional commitment affects learning gains.The empirical analysis concludes that there are different degrees of differences in the professional commitment,learning engagement,and learning gains of the subjects in the characteristics of the subjects such as gender,grade,subject,and student source.There is a significant correlation between college students' learning engagement and professional commitment,professional commitment can positively predict learning engagement.There is a significant correlation between college students' professional commitment and learning gains,professional commitment can positively predict learning gains.Between college students' learning engagement and learning gains Significant positive correlation,learning engagement can positively predict learning gains.Learning engagement plays an intermediary role.Based on the above conclusions,the shortcomings and prospects of this research are discussed,and the relevant suggestions are provided.
