Research On Strategy For Promoting Marxism Youthization In Colleges In The View Of Voluntary Service

The mainstream ideology of Marx's doctrine has the risk of being marginalized among the youth in the context of multiple ideological confrontations and social transformations.It is particularly urgent to promote Marxism youthization.The collective leadership of the Communist Party of China has repeatedly stressed to armed the youth with extensived Marx theory,and young people must learn,understand,believe,and use Marx.In recent years,voluntary service is a flourishing and popular practice in colleges,which has been a new way to promote Marxism youthization in addition to the ideological and political theory course as the main channel.Voluntary service has common features with Marxism youthization.The characteristics of voluntary service conform to the inherent requirements of the Marxism youthization.Voluntary service satisfied the essential criteria of becoming the carrier of Marxism youthization.These three points provides a theoretical basis for voluntary service promoting Marxism youthization in colleges.The interaction between voluntary service and Marx's youth creates win-win situation.Voluntary service has a direct effect on boosting the accomplishment of Marxism of college students.These two points express practical value for voluntary service promoting Marxism youthization.In order to enhancing pertinence and efficiency of voluntary service promoting the Marxism youthization,we need to adopt the the following basic strategies.Firstly,following the principles of ideology,subjectivity,synergetic of systems,innovation and long-term effectiveness.Secondly,perfecting the mechanism of ideology,organization,management,excitation and evaluation.Finally,strengthen guaranteeing measures of contingent,financing and institutions.“Green Electricity” and “Care for the left behind children” voluntary programs of North China Electric Power University are classic examples.It is proved that giving full play to the advantages of voluntary service and highlighting the function of moral education is of great benefit to promote the work of Marxism youthization in colleges.
