In recent years, with the rapid development of voluntary services in China, the research about volunteer incentive and management is being taken more and more attention. From the practical perspective, our country still lacks the mature environment of "voluntary culture", enthusiasm that civics participate in voluntary services is not high. This greatly restricts the development of voluntary services in our country. Therefore, how to make the volunteers play better roles, especially voluntary service organizations how to use the rational management policy to attract more and more volunteers to join the social welfare, how to stimulate volunteers, produce a stable and efficient team, we need to properly absorb and learn relevant experience from other countries, summarize and explore this question on the base of investigating and researching current situation about volunteer incentive in our country.This paper bases on retrospecting document research about domestic and foreign volunteer incentive, using the questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews and other combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, to investigate individual volunteers. On the basis of the above information, analysis and research motivations,needs,mentality of volunteers attend the voluntary services, probe into voluntary service organizations'incentive system, Thus conclude the problems that the current incentive mechanism in China, and from the perspective of voluntary service organizations, research how to achieve the incentive effects in volunteer recruitment, selection, training, job placement, personal development, assessment and so on, enrich the research in this area.
